    After this was installed and working I downloaded the app. The phone connected but the app would not recognize the connection so after messing around with the mfg. for literally 6 weeks including 3 weeks to send it back and getting a replacement nothing changed. I ended up speaking to a shop who installs dash cams radios… and was told the issue is the app is screwed up and he won,t install them anymore due to the headaches.

    It works and it is nice to know you have proof if you need it. The instructions are not great and the markings on the buttons are not easy to see. I have tried playback on 2 computer and they both struggle on playback but it is better if I copy the file to the hard drive.
