worst dash cam

From day one, it was nothing but problems. The video quality is terrible—blurry during the day and almost useless at night. It randomly stops recording, and the files are often corrupted or missing when I try to review footage. The app is glitchy and constantly disconnects, making it impossible to download videos when I actually need them. Customer support is completely unhelpful—no response after multiple attempts. I bought this thinking it would provide peace of mind, but instead it’s been a total headache. Don’t waste your time or money on this dash cam. There are far better options out there. I wish I had returned it when I had the chance.

Posted .I am sorry that was your experience with your camera. The footage looks best AFER you download the footage and not when you stream it from the app.
If you experienced connection issues with the app, it is most likely related to a WIFI interference from CARPLAY, or if you are near your HOME wifi.

Still figuring it out

Install was relatively easy. Will update to 5 stars when i can figure out how to get the system to work. Screen is nice.

Other than that it’s not bad.

Doesn't work

Camera A has never turned on/ off properly no matter what power method is used. I'll be driving & it randomly resets itself 5 times in a row. Camera B seemed to have been working fine, until I just tried to pull footage & found out it stopped recording EVERYTHING a MONTH ago. No warning that it wasn't recording. The "video locked" sound is the same exact sound as the "Start recording first" warning so the only way to tell would have been to stare at this tiny screen while driving and trying to save a video at the same time. Another product with failed quality control.
