I recently purchased the rexing - V1P Flex X4 4K WiFi Dual Dash Cam - Black after reading good reviews on Best Buy. The installation is very easy to do. Looking forward to it to do the job needed.

Easy to install very good quality, easy app to use and manage

It was easy for me to setup and wonderful camera quality.

The installation is easy enough. However, the hardwire kit only comes with one size for fuses which isn't the right size for my vehicle. So I have to contact customer service to see if I can obtain the right size for the fuse box I have. Otherwise I have no complaints. The directions were very easy to follow. I'm excited to try it out.

The Rexing V1P Flex X4 is a basic dashcam with questionable video quality. There are 2 ways to connect the dashcam, you can either hardwire it to your car using the included smart hardwire kit, or you can just use the standard 12v plug via the cigarette lighter. The X4 has a front dash camera that is capable of recording 4k video, as well as a rear camera. Although, there is no quick record button on the dashcam for those times you want to save your recordings. I think this should a standard on all dashcam models. There is a small square LCD screen for live view, but it’s so small that it’s tough to see anything. The Flex X4 has the ability to be set in parking monitor, which can be a useful security feature for when you’re not in your vehicle. In order to enable the parking monitor, you’ll need to have the dashcam hardwired with the smart hardwire kit. This also allows you to use parking mode without draining your battery. The camera does feature motion detection while in parking mode, but according to the instructions you’ll need to purchase the Rexing intelligent kit sold separately…I’m not sure what the difference between the smart wire kit and intelligent kit is, or why they thought it was necessary to charge you for a different kit just to be able to use the features on the dashcam... The video on the front dashcam can be recorded up to 4k, and the rear cam can record in 1080p. I will say I am not impressed with the video quality on the X4, the video quality looked like it was shot on a cheap camera. The video was very grainy with dull colors that looked watered down, and the video playback was very choppy, it would constantly skip frames. Overall, I’m not impressed with the V1P Flex X4 dashcam. I like the features that the Flex X4 offers but I don’t like how you have to hardwire this to your car in order to enable some of them. I especially don’t like having to purchase an additional kit to be able to use motion detection. I’ve used many dash cams in the past, most (if not all) of these features are included in other dash cams, and they all worked while using the standard 12v cigarette outlet. Aside from that, the video quality looked bad, especially for being 4k. Sadly, I would not recommend this dash cam, I think there are better options out there.

Put this down in the great dash cam category!!! There are so many products in this category to choose from, but this stands out as a winner!! The setup and install were quite easy to follow and as an experienced diy car av installer, they made it easy for everyone to handle the job. I have a big suv and had plenty of extra length of cord to install the front to the rear without any issues. The electronics themselves are nice and heavy duty and should have no issues lasting. Most features are standard across similar products, but I like that it has parking monitoring and locks footage necessary so it does not get overwritten. It may seem daunting to have a front and rear camera, but it increases the odds of picking up a playe for a hit and run or catching footage that only a forward facing camera would miss. I used to work as an insurance adjuster and for people involved in claims the footage was a game changer for them saving so much hassle, time, energy, and resources. Do yourself a favor and never leave home with out a dashcam, preferably one by rexing!!

So far so good. Will need to use a little be longer to get a feel for it. Love that it comes with 3m sticker mount. I like that you can get camera footage from their app.

I got this for my wife after she got rear-ended. No reason not to drive without a dashcam, especially if it goes on sale.

I owned a Rexing camera previously and it worked well. I have a new vehicle and wanted the security of having a Rexing Dash camera for some peace of mind.

Camera works as advertised, could use Bluetooth instead of WiFi but overall very good

I did a lot of reviewing before.I bought a camera for my truck.I'm so glad I bought this one.Easy hookup, incredible video you can put an s d card into record.The sound is amazing.The rear facing camera is a bonus.Super easy hookup.

I was looking for a front & rear dash cam that wouldn’t break the bank and came across this one. Kit includes 12 volt power source and a hard wire kit for you to choose from. They even include a 32 gig SD CARD. Camera resolution is good and the app to view and download video is good enough. Pretty happy with my purchase and you can beat the price of $150 fpr everything you get.

Overall this is a neat dashcam and does what its supposed to do. However the only thing is that the wifi disconnects every so often. But the sound is good and the video quality is good too!
