Still trying to figure out why the video isn't saving on my phone through the Wi-Fi link. I bought the wiring kit and so far haven't had luck with making it work correctly. So I'm using the lighter plug instead. Cost too much to mess with.

The quality is good enough to read nearby license plates and see nearby faces. Using a video to absolve yourself of liability for an accident (assuming you're not actually at fault) should have no problem with the video provided by this product.

It’s only take me 20 minutes to install and set up everything. I felt very safe since I have it. Definitely will refer to friends that needed.

I received the 1st of these and found the package gutted, missing powercables, missing the microSD card. Went back to Best Buy and got a replacement sent within a few days. This box contained everything I needed but the 12v car adapter didn't work and the usb power connector only allowed the cam to turn on if it wasn't recording. If the cam was set to record the unit dies and turns back on repeatedly. I can't believe something this shoddy is even sold on Best Buy, let alone for this amount of money.
