Ordered two of these late March (currently late August) and I’m finally at my wits end with this. Since day 1, I always had issues where they would turn on and off while in use. I assumed it was something with our cars but, I’d connect other devices and they would remain powered without incident . Surely after testing on two separate vehicles and testing different devices, it’s the cameras that have functionality issues. These had potential and I could’ve just had a defective set but, I really wish the return policy had been 30 days and not 14. I find myself writing this review as I finally shop for a new one and hope to spare some folks the disappointment of considering this item. Pros: Sleek design Takes up minimal space Rear camera is cool Rear camera also takes up very little space SD Card included Cons: Does not remain powered on Navigation isn’t as intuitive but, this makes sense as the camera is so small it could only fit so many buttons on it When the screen goes white prior, you don’t hear any indication of it so you could be driving with a non-functioning dash cam Image can get choppy

Good camera, well behaved. Slow interface to download videos.

Easy to set up. Feel safe on the road. Will buy for my other cars.

Easy to install and set up in the App on my iPhone. Amazing quality. Love it. Only thing, once you have it set up, turn off the cellular data in the app.

Whike i worked on one of my cars I borrowed on of my parents’ cars. Since I commute over an hour one-way to work and my vehicles have Rexing, now one of my parents cars does as well. The app is easy to use and other than pulling videos when needed it is a completely passive system. It is the third Rexing Ive purchased and installed but it is far from the last.

This dash cam is nice because its sleek and the wifi feature comes handy when u need to download clips to your phone

I bought this camera back on June 2019 and I was so amazed how easy you can install it by yourself only 20 min and you can start recording. The front camera have a very sharp image (like a movie). The back camera I installed inside great for family trips or when you want to know what strangers do in your car when you leave the car with valet parking or at service. I bought a second one for my brother on July and recommended it to a friend.

A co-worker recommended this brand and so that's how I ended up with one. I've had my Rexing for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. The picture quality is excellent. And I found the directions easy to understand. My only issue is the fact that I have long nails and it makes it a bit hard to remove the micro SD card. Due to impatience on my part, I didn't update the firmware until the screen went white a week ago. Once I read the directions, it was easy to do. As well as setting up the date which I hadn't bothered to do either. Overall, I am glad I made this purchase and hope to actually capture something one day beyond the random bunny rabbit running thru my yard when I get home from work.

Cameras have been very nice, however we did have to exchange one due to the memory card not staying in the device. Best Buy replaced using out total tech. We’re back in business.

This camera is mislabeled as 4K. Otherwise it's fine. I have an older version of this camera and it works great. I'm sure this one will work great as well, just know that you're not getting a 4K camera. It's a good deal because it comes with 2 cameras, so you can record an accident if you and someone are backing out at the same time. But I found no way to make it 4K. The menu I've included was the whole thing, there was no option above or below these 4 options.

I was looking dash cam for my car front and back. Than I saw on Best Buy site and it was on sale. Best thing it comes with Kit u don’t need to buy extra stuff. I choose to power up directly from battery fuse and use cable come with this. Now I always have power for both cameras.

I love this product. Within 2 weeks we witnessed a bad accident that was captured on the camera. We were able to supply the police with the video.

Very happy with the purchase of the dash cam. Ease of insulation. Salesman was very helpful and informative. He made the sale. He got me a second one, two days later. It came FedEx, not a reliable carrier in my area. Surprised it came that way at all.

LOVED it…BUT there’s always a but…the screen is clear if viewed directly straight your eye level but if viewed sideways it’s white you can’t see the live video. You might want to consider placement on your windshield. Pictures below illustrate clearly what i meant. With regard to features it works and i find it exceptionally great.

I feel protected now and covered a dash cam is a must have nowadays drive out here especially in California I don’t have to worry abt anything god forbid I get in an accident I’m covered show the police and my insurance coverage the video and that’s it get my payout for my vehicle no long delays and legal disputes avoids a headache and stress you have to protect yourself and this is it. All the features are great especially once it senses an impact the dash cam automatically locks in your video from the g sensor from an accident and if something light and want to record something simply hit the ok button you are shielded from the front and back and somewhat of the side I feel really safe now having this honestly and best investment for driving I purchased from Bestbuy on the $200 or more $0 apr for 6mos and that also uncluded their $50 professional installation quick and easy hard wired so it’s always on and running and even when ur not at your vehicle any impact to vehicle will start to take pictures ha I love it! Can’t go wrong I highly recommend go for it!

Just purchased the rexing v1 4k front and rear camera seems to been having issues with the camera switcing from on to off regularly while the memory card is inserted if i remove the memory card the device stays on if i insert the memory card back into the slot the camera shuts off immediately! Very frustrating!

Ive had this dash cam for over one year and have experianced mang memory card errors. Ive tried everything, bough many memory cards, uodate firmware, resets…im just done! Customer service makes you go throohh many hoops for the warranty, infact they just stopped responding after i did everything they told me, im going to try again because this has an 18 month warranty and its still under warranty but im aure they dont respond anymore. Now this unit wont take any memory card, just keeps restarting saying memory card error, desite using 3 different known good ones. REMEMBER A WARRANTY IS ONLY GOOD IF THE COMPANY DECIDES TO HONOR THEIR WORD. I would advice against buying this.
