    The parking monitor does not work. Best Buy does not handle the warranty process with Rexing, and the Geek Squad did not perform any diagnostics — they simply suggested I contact the manufacturer for warranty support. It took me several days to get in touch with Rexing, as they do not answer phone calls or return messages. When I finally reached them, they tried to blame the issue on the settings. The warranty process has been extremely difficult. I’ve provided photos and videos showing clear proof of the problem and explained everything in detail, but they keep responding that “this is the way it works.” The user manual is not helpful either, as some options mentioned are missing from it. This dash cam is not cheap — it cost around $340. The return period with Best Buy has already ended, and now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and can’t afford to replace it.

    Front and inside cameras only have tilt (up and down) movement. They do not pan (left to right). This prevents capturing a complete picture of the target area. Remember..., all windshields are not made the same.

    Finally I found this quality built dash camera. It has thick cables. So far so good. Not complicated like most cheap ones. Very happy I found it. Tried few before this one and didn't like it. Hopefully its gonna work for long time. It includes everything you need. Very convenient. In short, this certainly isn’t the cheapest option around, but the features and quality made it worthwhile for me.

    Packaging was excellent with all the equipment individually taken care off. Only thing I wished could be better have an arm for front camera so we have more room to adjust considering confined space where the rear view mirror blocking inside view little bit. I use this camera primary for rideshare so now I have peace of mind that I am being covered not only from outside but inside as well.
