    I've owned this model for a few months. It randomly turns off/reboots. Adhesive stopped adhering on both front and back cameras. There are 3 vertical dark lines in the LCD screen. Connecting to the app is a pain. The app user interface is terrible.

      I am sorry to hear that. Your unit may benefit from a firmware update to fix these issues. We can also send you new adhesives. Before you use them, we recommend wiping the mount and windshield with rubbing alcohol first. rexingusa

    I thought the installation was free, but turned out it’s not. But, still, Best Buy did a great job with the install. I didn’t want to hardwire it and they gave a smooth, neat output.

    I have not been able to install this product yet and had to make an appointment for a technician at Best Buy to install it for me. I found it rather difficult to understand the instructions to install it. But I do hope that it works well for me once I get it installed.

    I havent used it yet but im glad that it will be 3 different viewing angles. Hopefully it will withstand the direct sunlight, it claims to withstand up to 120⁰
