Waiting on a reply from rexing themselves for warranty work, sounds like this problem is persistent with these models on their website. Seems like rexing gives a lot of people the run around. Will update this review if rexing completes warranty work.

We launched a firmware update that will fix it.
Just provide us with a picture of the serial number, located on the bottom of the main device and we'll send you the correct firmware update, along with instructions on how to do it.

Now the second replacement has failed. Very unreliable, do not buy. Also button layout and UI are unintuitive. You must memorize the button layout in order to save a clip or review on smartphone.

Maybe a camera with the buttons on the front of the device for easy access and visibility would be best for you.

Will never buy rexxing again. The only reason i got them was because i saw the good reviews. Im lucky i have the total membership and can get different ones. DO NOT BUY!!!

It would say to put a higher speed card in, which is disappointing

This cam sucks and will leave you hanging when you need it most. Constantly fails to record. Almost got into an accident and thought I was good as I have this cam. Went to view the video and magically there's a 30 min gap in the recordings and guess what it didn't record. Yep. Completly failed to record the near accident. Good thing I didn't actually hit the car in front of me. It constantly throws errors. And the app sucks. Save yourself money and go with another company. these guys suck.

Posted .HI, Thank you for your review! Please insert your SD card into your PC. There should be another folder where it stores videos created while the G Sensor was activated. The other folder should be titles RO or EMR. Your footage is probably in one of those.
