    What’s the point of having 3 cameras if you can only record 2 at the time? Either front camera and cabin camera or front camera and rear camera, don’t recommend to spend the extra $100 bucks for the 3rd camera

    I have had just about every product that Rexing has put out, and this one has got to be the worst. Ive had it now for 2 months and now it dont even turn on anymore. The rear camera flickered constantly and then the other day just quit working all together. junk!!

    So many flaws with this V5. The design is actually nice, but the u it itself is riddled with defects. Rear camera shuts off alot. Front main unit freezes up rendering the entire thing useless. After going theoguh 6 or so, I went with their newer V2 AI.

    The reviews that state “Freezes on splash screen” are fact. This thing will work for about 2 months tops. A well documented issue that has not been resolved. Yet, item us still selling. Spend your $ on a well known brand.

    Worst dash camera ive ever had. Does not connect to your phone even with the bluetooth and mobile data off. Cant access the menu by pushing the buttons. Gets super overheated. The custimer service for rexing is awful. Do not buy this. Waste of money!

    I had to return this camera Due to it overheating trying to delete anything off of there is very hard unless you connect it to a computer. The quality is ok but I went with a Thinkware 1000 and I am very happy with that one. Very easy to use

    Not worth the price too expensive for the product quality,menu works only when it wants, settings dont stay, voice comand doesnt work,you struggle trying to get to your videos. Hard to connect to the app.

    this dash cam is so expensive, and so bad, one of the worst purchases I've ever made, the recorder clips are only 1 minute long, it doesn't record automatically everytime, the voice control is unpredictable to function.

      HI! It is meant to record in 1 min intervals to allow the loop recording to work. It is also a safety measure to ensure if you are ever in an accident where your device loses power, that it will still be able to save files. rexingusa

    This thing is a piece of junk. I bought it to go to Mexico and it will only record for 30 seconds. I will never buy another dash cam product from Rexing or Best Buy.

    Save your money and find another dashcams out there, this one is a complete trash, not user friendly. it wont record for some reason unless you unplug it multiple times.

    Out of the box the product has ample cable to install the front and rear camera. I have an Expedition and I had at least 2 feet extra cable for the rear camera. The camera was easy to get up and running in the car. The menus are easy to go through to set up the options. One of the features of Rexing V5, is that you are supposed to be able to view the saved videos using your smartphone on the free app. This requires linking the camera to your phone using WiFi. I was unable to get the WiFi working on my iPhone. This was not a deal breaker, but it was disappointing. The one thing I didn’t try yet was turning off my data, which is one of the company’s suggestions. However, this seems kind of extreme. I would rather view the videos by looking at them on my laptop. The viewing on the screen works as expected. The voice commands are a great added feature and makes this system safer to use on the road. Overall, is a good camera.

    Unable to look at diffeent screens if one is recording as well as tiny little screen to see anything on. Poor quality all together i definitely recomend picking something else.

    I bought it and they installed it in best buy. I left the store and only recorded until the traffic light and it never worked again. It's expensive and it doesn't work!

    This is my second Rexing dashcam (V1P Pro in 2018), but my first 3-camera system dashcam. Once again, I chose to have Best Buy complete the installation. Fortunately, the wire and plug for the front camera is the same as the V1P. The rear camera had a different wire and plug, so that had to be replaced. Cameras are up and running. Drove around for 2 days. Front camera with 4K resolution is very nice. Very clear at night. Also the front camera isn’t as bulky as the V1P. Changing settings is pretty simple. I don’t notice a difference with the rear camera. Not a bad thing…just as clear as the previous rear camera. Cabin camera is nice to have. Only nitpick is when the infrared kicks in, the picture looks pink. It’s understandable when driving at night, but it’s different. 32GB SD card is included with the dashcam. Bottom line: Good dashcam system to have.

    Not as described! Geek squad didn’t help me with app install and voided my vehicle warranty due to splicing wires.
