Classic thrash metal album remastered. It sounds great. The packaging is a digipak not a jewel case. I would've prefer a jewel case.

Decided to pick up since its remastered, more low end equalls better sound since original one sounded thin & to much high end.

This is a great album by Metallica, that shows a lot of growth from their first album (Kill'em All), and hints at what they would become. It's not Master of Puppets (their best album), but it is certainly better than anything they've put out since the black album. Fade to Black is a classic.
