Accelerator pedal broke after 3 weeks

Then the accelerator pedal simply stopped working. No excessive use or anything. Just normal play by myself and my kids and the pedal doesn't work anymore. So the car just remains stationary and the game is useless. I've "created a ticket" with Arcade 1 Up customer support regarding the issue. Still waiting to hear back from them. Hoping that they will send me a replacement pedal soon. Otherwise, this was an awfully expensive purchase for just 3 weeks of arcade enjoyment.

Worked for 2 hrs then went black/dead ;-(

It worked great last night and this morning for about 2 hours then went black! Tried simple trouble shooting to no avail. Purchased from Best Buy (so much for the Thanksgiving surprise.......very disappointed)! I NEVER complain, but at $399 and a 2hr (2 adult) build this is concerning. Hoping they will assist with repair/replacement.
