I was stuck between the seagate (which seemed to have the exact features) and this one but this one was more affordable and appeared to be specially made for xbox. Hubby initially sent me the seagate one to get so i was nervous that he would not like it but he loved it and even agreed it was the better pick. The bonus features was great.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought open box Rig 600 Pro feom Lake Jackson TX best buy store online pick up and also i paid extra replacement warranty on it, bad luck for me is when i open a box for set up headphone was broke part inside the right cup and making a noise too inside the right cup, I rush to store same day when i open the box after purchase next day but store don’t have another same model and they don’t even wanna order same for shipped, on duty Management said that I jave to pay the difference if order same new headphone, because i bought open box. As per policy any best buy store can’t sell defective products and if u buy warranty plan on any product then as per policy to replace it same model if not available then next new model. But management said that we can replace the same amount product only and customer pay difference even same product available or not. Totally fake and against the policy and just push customer or lie customer for buy replacement warranty plan. Totally biased.

We apologize you've had a bad experience at this Best Buy Store. But instead of leaving Best Buy a negative review, you've left a negative review on our product. Since this was an open box purchase, then this is not indicative of a new RIG 600 PRO HX experience out of the box. We fully agree that this product should have been thoroughly tested before getting put on the shelf as an open-box purchase and a refund or replacement should have been provided. But for anyone who sees your review, which appears as a negative review on a product you were never actually properly able to use, I want customer considering Nacon that all new RIG audio products from Nacon are backed by a one-year warranty covering any manufacturers defects. And local North America customer support is available at [email protected] or via phone at 1-833-622-6687. We apologize again for the open-box, used product purchase experience.

Maybe not the most expensive headset but definitely worth every penny! Some assembly required. The size adjustment isn’t a slide but you need to mount the headphones into the correct position, which my son likes… you don’t lose your adjustment. Sound and volume is great!
