Overall nice headset with mic. Review from switch user- However mic only works wirelessly when using Nintendo switch in hand held mode. You can pair headset through Bluetooth when switch is docked but the mic does not work when docked. I believe this is a Nintendo issue not a flaw with the headset. There is no way to plug the wireless adaptor to the switch while docked because the port is on the bottom of the console which has to plug into the dock.

Honestly the best budget headset you can get, you can use it pretty much on every console and pc

Sound is great, it does try to connect to anything that has Bluetooth.

Great pair of head set my apartment was struck by lighting and this head set still works I would recommend.

Great sound but lacks comfort. The ear pads are foam and degrade quickly. The sounds and connectivity are the only reason I give it 3 stars.

For the price point Great wireless headset the mic could have a little better design on opening but once you get the hang of it nbd can be gaming and answer a phone call while playing pretty cool for the kids

Be sure to download the Dolby Access app and you will automatically get Dolby Atmos for Headphones. This makes a world of difference for game play! I could hear sounds all around me - not just to the front and sides, but to the rear as well. The sound is nothing like I've ever heard before. Definitive, pin-drop precise sounds - all around. Excellent! You are able to have both the USB adapter and Bluetooth connected at the same time. You want to listen to music while playing? I know, who the heck would do that??!!?? But if you do, or you need to answer a phone call, you can easily do both at the same time with these. Or when you are finished playing for the day, these headphones are crazy good for music listening. Set the Dolby app to your liking and turn it up! I didn't hear any distortion at all. Seriously, such incredibly good sound comes from this headset - no matter what you are listening to be it game, music or phone calls. This headset is lightweight and so comfortable and cushioned, both on the ear cups and the headband. I literally had them on for hours straight without any problems at all and when I took them off, my ears weren't all sweaty or squished, like sometimes happens. This headset comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, a USB-C charging cable and the USB-C wireless dongle. The microphone is built-in to the bottom of the left ear cup and extends with a slight press and a pull to extend it. The microphone automatically goes on when extended and off when pushed back in. I did have a slight problem when grabbing to find the microphone - I would accidentally press the other button(s) on the headset such as the mode button or the call control button. Any problem I may have caused was easily fixed. The power button does not extend as the others do, thankfully. All controls are on the left ear cup. They claim the battery will last up to 24 hours when used via Bluetooth and up to 18 hours when used via the USB dongle. The RIG 600 Pro HX gaming headset is an exceptional headset that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a gaming headset - especially if you want that little advantage. This might be the missing piece that you need!

Rigs are good headsets and work well. Had in the past

Sound was pretty good. However, the headset lost game sound. Had to go into reddit to find a solutuon, found that the mode button stopped working so I had to go into the audio settings on the xbox to turn the game sound up. After i figured that out I could not get the mode setup to work again. This was all within 72 hours of getting the headset. Rig used to be amazing, but their products are trash now. Google issues for this headset before buying.

Outstanding value for the money; Bought two pair for Grandsons and they love them!

This headset is sets itself apart from the competition by working across all major platforms: PC, xBox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch. Unlike RIG headsets I've used in the past, this one is 100% wireless. Connection through a gaming console is via a USB-C doggle. There is a USB-C to USB cable included for use with the xBox and Switch. The doggle connects directly to the USB-C port on the front of the Platystation 5. PC connection is made directly via Bluetooth. No software is required, but it can be paired to the Dolby Atmos application for the best sound quality. It took several pairing reset tries to get connected to the gaming consoles but is working fine once paired. Charge time is quick and so fair the battery is holding really well using with a xBox and Playstation. Sound quality is very good with or without Dolby Atmos. The ear cushions can be adjusted easily for a comfortable fit. The mic can be completely hidden when not in use and picks up well without getting in your way. The controls on the headset are easy to get to and volume can be adjusted easily. It is light enough to remain comfortable during extended gaming sessions.

I love these but my son prefers a wired headset. The do require a few extra clicks to get both ears and mic to work together, but i think its more a personal skill issue.
