I bought two of these for my girls for their Xbox’s. Couldn’t get both to hook up at the same time. Returned one and went with a different brand. The one we still have seems to work just fine.

Delivered on 8/10, as of 8/27 (of course two days too late to return it) this headset had an earpiece fall off (while it was being worn) and a red light flash. We got the earpiece reattached but it will not charge or work. This was a waste of $70. I took a chance on this unknown brand based on reviews. The product was treated well and used on only one gaming tower.
Hello ErnestC, We apologize you've had a less than ideal experience with the RIG 600 PRO HX wireless headset. Please note that the ear cushions are meant to be removable on the 600 PRO series so that they can be user-replaced. It's not typical for them to fall off while using so I'm thinking they had partially been pulled out of the track that runs around the speaker housing prior to use. But the issue of not charging can be covered by warranty if you are past the Best Buy return window. The red flash you are referring to could either be low battery indicator or it could be "searching USB" as it looks for the wireless transmitter. There are audible cues that go along with the LED indicators. For customer support or to file a warranty claim, please contact us direct at [email protected]. Thank you.

The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the 600 Pros were. Once I "sized" them to my head the fabric cups were comfortable. While it is comfortable, I feel like I may be in between sizes as the largest size is just a touch to big and the middle setting is too tight. Some adjustability to the head cushion might have alleviated that. On the subject of the cushions, the fabric is comfortable, but I sweat a bit and have an oily complextion. Can't wash the fabric this sill likely affect the longevity of the headphones, but most of the lower end headphones with vinyl cups have flaked and desingrated over a few years anyway. Connecting them via Bluetooth or the USB transmitter was quick and effortless. I prefer the volume knob over clicky volume buttons, but the wheel feels a bit cheap but not a huge gripe. Would've liked to have seen a click for the wheel to act as a mute switch and hear ambient sound via the mic. Speaking of Mic, I like that it is able to be tucked away and disappeared.
Sound profile immediately out of the box is shockingly underwhelming. It really isn't until the app is downloaded and the EQ is adjusted. The bass doesn't hit super hard, but they are more than adaqate for gaming while trying not to wake the whole family. Once the EQ is adjusted via the app those settings will remain when moving from phone to computer to console. I've am happy with these headphones and pair well with using them for console gaming and computer usage (zoom meetings) and listening to music to drown out ambient noise while working.
Pros
Comfortable
Light Weight
Volume Wheel instead of up/down button
Sounds good AFTER the app is downloaded and the EQ is adjusted
Dual connections for versatility
Hide away mic
Decent mic clarity for in game chat, cell phone and video conference calls
Cons
Adjustability leaves something to be desired (in between sizes)
Fabric ear cups and headband will get rather gross over time
Controls are not super identifiable at first not terrible after you get used to it

Headset sound quality is poor compared to its competitors. Multi system setup was a nice feature but did not always connect and sometimes mid game would disconnect. Not worth the price. Ended up buying turtle Beach and was happy with that purchase

So these say they they were designed for xBox, but I've been using them with my PS5. I have to say this right up front...these are by far the most comfortable headphones that I have ever owned. Overall, they are very light weight. The earpads are big enough that they do not clip your ears. The ear pads also have enough cushion that they do not crush or pinch your ears. The ear pads are not on a slider like most of my headphones...for me this doesn't effect anything...they fit me perfectly. You simple take the earpads off and place them where you'd like. The microphone works well and it fold into the headphones for easy storage. I do not seem to have any feedback or issues with sounds around me...so it picks up my voice but doesn't seem to notice the fan or ac running near me which is good. The batter life for the headphones seems to be going strong as well. I've had the headphones for about a week. I full charged them the day I got them but last night was the first time I got the low battery indicator. I've probably played 15-20 hours on them...I even left them on by accident one night. The set up was a breeze as well. I just plugged it in and hit the pairing button. I was up and playing in less then 5 minutes.
The only negative I would say, is the directions are very vague. The buttons are easy to find but i had to figure out what the modes were by pressing them. Other than that...these are now my go to headphones due to how comfortable they are and the excellent sound quality.

Louder and in surround sound for people in the back- Multi-platform gamers rejoice! The RIG 600Pro HX is just what the all around gamer needs in a headset. Sound quality is excellent and it's Dolby Atmos compatible. While it may not be for true audiophiles, I think even they would consider these adequate. The downside is the mic pickup and sound isn't the best. Giving a sort of "Far away" sound as one of my friends put it. If you're not into game chat, then this will be less of a concern. Pairing by Bluetooth is fast and easy. If your gaming system doesn't have built in Bluetooth, there is a dongle that plugs into a USB port on your TV, Computer or gaming system. Audio Lag is imperceptibly minimal or non existent. Being able to go form Xbox, to PC, to tablet, to phone with minimal fuss will make gamers happy. This headset is insanely comfortable thanks to copious ear padding and size adjustment. 6-8 hour gaming sessions are no problem due to the long battery life. 18 hours is stated, though in my non scientific testing think that 14-15 hours is more reasonable. Charges up pretty fast as well. The one big glaring downside in my opinion is that this is an UGLY headset. But if you want an excellent all around gaming and media wireless headset for not a lot of money, you can't go wrong with the RIG 600 Pro HX.

I’m guessing the last customer returned these too, as there was no instruction manual. They advertise as working with PS5, but they will not connect in any way. A lot of people have had this problem. Their customer support is also total crap for these
Hello EvanC, We apologize the RIG 600 PRO HX didn't work out for you. There should have been a Quick-Start Guide in the box with the headset. That Quick-Start guide shows that you need to switch the wireless transmitter to "PC" position for every platform except for Xbox. For use on Xbox, the wireless transmitter switch should be set to the console controller symbol. We understand how that may be confusing without the QSG reference. In addition to Nacon Customer Support at 1-833-622-6687 or [email protected], we also have headset setup videos on the RIG channel on YouTube. Most customers can avoid unnecessary returns by contacting us directly or reference our setup tools on YouTube. Thank you... Nacon Gaming

The audio isn’t that well and they aren’t that comfortable
Hi Dillon, We apologize the RIG 600 PRO HX didn't work out for you. The RIG 600 PRO Navigator app allows you to customize your EQ for the most ideal audio. You can contact Nacon Customer Support at 1-833-622-6687 or via email at [email protected] and we can help with the audio settings. Regarding comfort, that is very subjective so while we design them to be comfortable for everyone, its just not possible since everyone has their own taste regarding fit and comfort. Thank you for giving RIG gaming audio from Nacon a try.
