This headset was on sale when I got it and I didn’t know much about it, but once I used it, I realized I purchased an amazing product. I can walk across the street and still be connected to my Xbox. It’s also easy to use the mute feature and hold charge for days!!!

Great sound, very light and comfortable. The base connection could be better. The mic could be better. Ultimately returned, have a better experience with my TB 600 G1.

I bought these for my son as a gift. We game together and he said they sound very good. The boom mic works like it supposed to. They are comfortable to wear for extended hours of gameplay. He uses them with his Xbox series X.

Awesome headset. I got these to play R6 and even with the horrible sounds of R6 these help hear what’s going so much better than other headsets I’ve used. Beautiful sound all around and very comfortable.

I have no troubles with the headset, so comfortable. Had a little trouble setting up but that was my fault I didn’t read the instructions, overall amazing headset and battery lasts forever

The RIG 800 PRO HX is extremely comfortable and lightweight, with all day and all-night (24 HR) battery life. The headset has Dolby Atmos for Headphones 3D Surround Sound. The RIG 800 PRO Series headset uses 2.4GHz digital RF wireless connection for lag-free, optimal gaming audio on XBOX and PC. There is no Bluetooth feature for audio with mobile devices, then again, WIFI is a more stable platform than Bluetooth. The boom microphone is mounted to the left earcup that switches off automatically when swung all the way up, making it easy to know when the mic is live and when it's muted. The microphone itself isn't detachable but it is bendable, so you can move it around until zeroed in on the optimal placement for voice.

Upgraded from a wired version and do not regret it. Only a few small issues. When changing profiles on Xbox the headset needs to be manually switched to the new profile. The charging dock is a bit finicky about how the headset is cradled. Otherwise great sound and clear communication.

I had the Artis 9x from steel series or whatever it was called, was so worthless. The interference was ruining the experience. Picked these up. No interference, they are comfy, audio is great, mic is great. Charging station looks neat, can’t go wrong here

These are really comfortable and very high quality for gaming

This headset is really comfortable and the battery last a long time, sound quality sounds great with Dolby Atmos. My only issue is the mic on this headset. Whenever I’m playing with people they say like it sounds like I’m 20 feet away and that they can’t hear me even when I turn the mic on high. I have to have it so close to my mouth for anyone to hear me that all I can hear from the speakers is myself breathing.

Very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions. Love the convenience of the lift-to-mute mic boom. The sound is excellent very clear stereo. Super easy charging station.

Mic quality is decent. I wish the in ear monitor volume represented the volume that the person on the other side hears you. Ear pads are comfortable with plenty of cushioning. However, I would recommend going to a slide lock on adjustment instead of the three preset sizes. I feel I’m in between the medium and large settings.
