The sound quality is outstanding and the mic is one of the best. The only issues I experienced were of my own doing. I didnt plug the dongle in completely.

I prefer to barely tell the difference in the playback of my own voice so i have to change the setting on the headset and turn it off. The charge is great, sometimes it unpairs if you turn it off after turning off the PC. Thankfully it’s not too hard to pair it back. The distance of the BT is amazing. The surround sound is great and volume works perfectly for whatever you need.

Best headset that I have ever had

Great wireless connectivity, great sound and works great on both windows and xbox. I use it for both gaming as well as work. I like that the mic is muted when the mic boom is up all the way so I no longer have to click a button (where I'm not sure if I'm muted or not) or take my attention away to find a button on a cord. It's a great design and the fit is very comfortable. I initially had an issue with the mic being quiet, the problem was that you only need to bring the boom mic down until it's in front of your mouth not all the way down.

Love this headset
