    By far one of the best headsets i have owned.Its light,comfortable easy to connect and feels great.I bought them on sale and dont regret getting them.

    Overall working great so far. Would recommend. Only thing is the mic sounds weird from your friends point of view but the audio is super good so the mic sounding weird isn’t an issue for me.

    The only weird thing about this set is the micro usb charger for off the dock charging. Otherwise, everytging sounds amazing, works as it should and i have heard absolutely no audio cutting out from interference

    Good headset. Not over the ear, would be better if it was. Everything is controlled on the headset. Prefer these over Turtle Beach. Have bith though.

    The headphones are awesome when i have them in I can not gear outside noise,can hear my friends nicely and vice versa the box came with a hole in it but headphones are fine

    I would not recommend those who play completive FPS titles to purchase these headsets. The bass is overwhelming which drowns out important audio cues like footsteps. Even with Dolby Atmos enabled, the sound is not up to par with other headsets in this price range. The mic quality was decent with very weak mic monitoring on the highest setting. The only pros I can think of is the battery life and comfort.

      We apologize you had a less than ideal experience with your RIG 800 PRO HX. A much-overlooked feature of Dolby Access, the free app required to enable Dolby Atmos, is the "Settings" function. From the Dolby Access main menu, when you select "Settings" , there is an Intelligent Equalizer function. This can be adjusted for game audio, movies audio or music audio. Having "too much bass" is usually not something we hear about with the RIG 800 Series. Sound is a very subjective thing.
