Ease of use and easy to set up. Also can download the astro command center to update firm ware and even create your own presets. Only thing This headset is missing is the noise cancellation which is kind of unusual given the price tag.

Reconnected" lines ruined the experience

We apologize the RIG 800 PRO HX didn't work out for you. Please note, any wireless headset operating on 2.4GHz, which is pretty much every wireless headset made for gaming, can have interference with WiFi networks. The easy way to solve it, for our headset and others, is to simply create space between the wireless receiver and your WiFi router. Worst case is they are right next to each other on a desktop. Better situation is that the WiFi router is a few feet away from the wireless adapter. The other option, now available on many WiFi routers, is to set a multi-frequency router to just operate on the 5GHz network. Some routers give you the choice of 2.4GHz, 5 GHz or both. I like that has a game to chat switch and that can adjust it by rolling the button instead of going to menu so it does come in clutch but was expecting more for that price.

We are glad to hear you are enjoying the headset but disappointed to hear the microphone isn't working ideally for you. On the RIG 800 PRO HX, make sure the word "Chat" side of the mic is pointing to your mouth. Check the settings on your gaming console to make sure the microphone is set to RIG 800 PRO, that Party Chat output is set to "Headset" and that the volume is up loud enough. You can find additional information on the RIG gaming channel on YouTube and wireless setup videos for either Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. Thanks for choosing RIG gaming products from Nacon...
