The headset itself isnt too bad. Mic is intermittent, keeps disconnecting from the xbox, yes i tried all the useless steps to diagnose. It simply is just garbage connection. After 30 days 0 warranty. I tried to just exchange. Nope nothing.

The charging dock is also great it has magnets that snap it in place every time so you know it is charging.

The microphone picks up EVERYTHING. No matter how you adjust the sound of your breathing highly annoys anyone you’re playing with. If you don’t need the mic 100% worth it. Just didn’t work for us.
