Comfortable on the noggin ( I have a big head). No software to download and no equalizer to get the competitive advantage. Not worth the money..

There should have been an insert in the box with your RIG 800 PRO HX describing the Dolby Atmos 3D Surround Sound software included with this headset. It's a lifetime license for use on any compatible device including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs. You simply download the free Dolby Access app and then the access to Dolby Atmos for Headphones is automatically enabled by the internal headset software. And within Dolby Atmos for Headphones, you can set the equalizer of your choice from the presets or create your own. For content not coded for Dolby Atmos, it will also decode down-rev versions Dolby 5.1 and Dolby 7.1 for standard surround sound. Thanks for giving us a try... Nacon Gaming

The 800 is built to handle the best game times you can dish. With a very comfortable fitting headgear. I was blown away by the charging base. One charge offers listed as 24 hours, but I played for hours and had no trouble. The gameplay sound quality is fantastic; I hear everything. It has excellent surround sound with Dolby Atmos that adds mind-numbing 3d sound. I noticed a kind of constant disconnect problem, but it wasn't too bad, like in the gameplay, with buttons and control dials positioned for easy accessibility. Letting you magnify chat or gameplay. It uses a 2.4ghz connection. My one downside notably was that the volume was very, very low. And for gaming, sometimes you want to amp it up a bit, so that was a significant problem for me. Incorporating this headset into your Xbox or Xbox x series is straightforward. With a quick USB connection through the charging base. All in all, this is the one good gaming headset for any gamers level. It also works excellently with PCs. This one is a definitely worth checking out.

Sound quality was good when it worked, but now it can’t charge, and I’m only upset that it was a waste of money. I’m happy to move on from it.
