    They feel amazing mic sound bad if not right up to your mouth so it gets uncomfortable and the charging dock constantly disconnect not a good headset fot the price point

      We apologize you had a less than ideal experience with the RIG 800 PRO HX. Just a few comments: Regarding the microphone, the RIG 800 PRO series does feature a uni-directional noise-canceling microphone that does need to point to your mouth for optimal performance. We even mark "CHAT" on the portion of the mic that points to your mouth - the mic should not be twisted more than a few degrees either way and that "CHAT" always needs to point at your mouth. Regarding the charging dock "disconnecting", when the headset is placed in the charging dock for about 15 minutes or more, it will power off in order to efficiently charge the battery.     There is nothing wrong with the headphones just not my personal taste. I don’t really like how clunky they are but that’s just my own personal taste and opinion.

    I wasnt to impressed with this headset. It is a good value for the money. The headset (band) seemed loose. I wasnt able to tighten it up to a ighter more comfortable fit.

    The sounds was excellent but the mic monitering was terrible. Nobody could hear my voice unless i was eating the microphone. I returned this item because of that issue.
