Sound quality was good when it worked, but now it can’t charge, and I’m only upset that it was a waste of money. I’m happy to move on from it.

Right out of the box, I was shocked by how light it was. Now, alot of people conflate weight with quality which is why alot of companies will just add random pieces of metal that do not add anything to the experience just to make it "heavier." However, this can actually backfire because you want a gaming headset to be lightweight given that you will be hunched over and playing for hours at a time. So I was happy that RIG got that right. The build quality nevertheless felt good. Comfort was great. I could play for hours without feeling too much fatigue. The sound quality is something that really shines. Whether you are using it for gaming, streaming, music, it really just sounds good. Highs and mids were balanced. The bass is just the tiniest bit lacking compared to the competition but that is just me nitpicking. The battery life truly is excellent. I have never had to charge it mid-gaming. I don't think I have even gotten close to pushing the battery limits. You could game for 15 hours and still have enough charge for a move or two. Once you are done, you just dock it in the charging base. All in all, this is a great headset!
