We apologize the RIG 800 PRO HX is not working for you as expected. Please make sure the side of the mic that says "Chat" is pointing towards your mouth. Sometimes the mic can get twisted 180-degrees and the primary mic in the noise-canceling design is pointing away from your voice. The other thing to confirm is that your Xbox party chat is set to "Headset Mic" in the audio settings. It sounds amazing, is light weight, and best of all, wireless. I have been using this for my Xbox series X, and on my gaming PC, and this headset has really served me well. It is super light weight and the overall comfort level is a 10. The earcups are nice and don't seem to hit any pressure points on my ears. The sound quality is great. I have been playing mainly first person shooters and the clarity and overall sound quality is excellent. The mic also sounds good and has a flip to mute feature which is nice. Additionally, the mic is very flexible so you can adjust it a lot easier then some other brands I have used. One thing I don't really like, but isn't a huge deal, is that you have to unclip the earphones if you want to adjust them up or down. Most other brands have a sliding mechanism to adjust the height but these are a bit different. It isn't really that big of deal since there is also a self adjusting head-strap. So, once you dial in the height you wont have to mess with it again. I have used many different brands of headsets over the years and the Rig 800's are right up there with some of the best. If you're on the fence about these just get them. You certainly won't be disappointed.

This was the second RIG I have purchased and returned. I recently decided to buy the artic for my Xbox and has been a 100 times better.

We apologize you had a less than ideal experience with your RIG 800 PRO HX. Nacon wants every customer to have an ideal experience with our products. The potential source of this issue could just be a misunderstanding of the charging process. Whenever the RIG 800 PRO headset is put back in its multi-function charging base, the headset will power off after a few minutes sitting in the base. This is in order to more efficiently charge the headset, as it can only trickle charge if the headset remained powered On. You will have to power it back on after removing it from the base. Please note, all RIG headsets are covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, for any manufactures' defects, from Nacon. We appreciate you giving RIG a try. Thank you, from Nacon Gaming

Initially its a good buy however... The charger easily breaks after just a few times and the headset itself breaks from overcharge. Buyer beware

Since this product launched, we have received virtually no claims related to the base. Also, the headset can not be overcharged. It has a Lithium Ion Polymer battery that is not subject to degradation from constant charging. In fact, that's how this headset was designed - to be constantly charged when not in use with the multi-function charging base station. The Best Rig Headset Offering Yet

I love having the base station to charge the headset instead of plugging it in to a USB cable to charge. The headset itself is extra comfortable, being very lightweight, and the cups have great cushioning. The sound out of these is impressive, working great for competitive games like Fortnite. The Dolby Atmos does a great job with spacial sound, allowing you to be more immersed in the game, as well as more competitive, since you will have a better idea where you opponents are in the playing field. The battery life is also impressive, especially for such a light weight headset. It is advertised at 24 hours, and while I can't confirm that, I game 3-4 hours a day, and I don't always remember to put everything on the charger. I went three days without charging the RIG 800, and they were still good to go. FYI, be sure to install the Dolby app on your XBOX to ensure you are getting the most out of your RIG 800 Pro.
