Volume control could be better and the mic is sometimes low for input but overall is a great headset. Im also a noob so could be ne as well lol

This headset is really light weight so no problem wearing it for hours. The earpieces dont make my ears sweat either. I have bought RIG headsets before and have never been disappointed.

Power button craps out. For as expensive as these headphones are the power button is a major down fall on these.

I bought my first pair of these headphones 2 years ago and they were great, I also purchased the best buy warranty for them. After the year the USB dongle was damaged and was loose in its housing so I exchanged them for another pair with my warranty. The 2nd pair had an issue with the mic after only a month so I contacted namco support and sent all my reciepts that it was recently purchased and the would not honor their warranty as the original date was over a year ago. I explained that this was a new purchase and could have used my warranty money towards any product but chose to get RIG again but they could care less. Awful customer support and poor quality control.

It could use a little better sound and usb needs to be stronger and sturdier because it bent very quickly.

I bought these for my son who lives in New Hampshire. He said he loves them they are ten times better than the pair he currently has. He's a very happy man.

My son was looking for a wireless headset for a while and came across this one. He did tons of research and chose this one. We got a great deal on it.

Picked it up during Black Friday at a good price. Very happy with the headset. It's sturdy and well made. The sound is great. I'm very pleased.

The headset never connects like it should. I have to unplug and replig the usb all the time. It also randomly disconnects a few times a night. I have no idea why so many cordless headsets these days are horrible with connection problems and issues. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Finally, a wireless headset that I can pair up with my Xbox series x. Im really looking forward to enjoying gaming late at night again.

Hmm is not the great quality but nether bad one, If some bad is on the shel I recomend this one instantly, eye. Price no matter if the quality is good, this one is "Fair quality" no the best.

Since i have bought thia's headset, i have had to factory reset it 3 times, and the spund quilty goes from good to really bad. Trammates can't hear me half the time even though I pretty much have the mic in my mouth. I did everything with in my control both on xbox and with reaching out to rig for help and got no wear. F-

Worked ok but I had crackle and issues so ultimately went with steelseries instead.

Son had to have them for Xmas and said they are weird lol

Microphone quality is not good. Went from turtle beach 600s to this expecting an upgrade. Ended up returning and getting the Turtle Beach 700s

Sound was good but had echo issues. The headset itself feels kind of cheap.

This was going to be my third rig 800. I have had 2 800lxs before this one. Loved them. Bought this one and every time I turned it on, I would have to change my settings since it wouldn’t save them. The sound was not as good as the previous one either. I was very disappointed in it. Maybe I just got a faulty one?

I’ve had a pair of RIG headsets in the past, and really enjoyed them. It’s nice to see the progression and improvements made over the years with this 800 Pro HX series. Out of the box it was simple, and easy to setup. I was able to plug the docking station to my my headset stand that have USB ports, and it did take the full 7 hours as recommended to charge. I really didn’t mind the length of time, because my hope would be it would last a while in between charges, and I was correct in that assumption. The docking station/stand it comes with is really what drew my to this headset. Having somewhere to set your headset, and also be able to charge it is really a win win, and space saver. The headset feels like good quality, but most importantly it feels amazingly, and surprisingly light on the ear. I think that’s a quality that I’ve enjoyed in the past from RIG. The ear cushions feel lightweight, and breathable and my ears didn’t sweat like other brands. They feel incredibly comfortable on ear for hours. No connectivity issues at all, which is very important to me. It loads up and connected instantly to my Xbox series X with no additional steps but to power it on which I LOVE. no fuss. Sound quality was amazing, I loaded up GTA V and was actually started by how crisp and clear it came through. I didn’t realize that the headset I was using really lacked that quality, despite being one of the leading brands. You get to customize the chat and game mixer, mic monitoring all on one side of the headset. The microphone is so long and flexible which I genuinely enjoy. I hate feeling like I couldn’t be heard with my previous mic because it wasn’t long enough. You just flip it up to mute, which is easy and simple. Overall I have literally no complaints. Great sound, great connectivity, great battery life so far in 5 days and hours of gaming sessions. Nice long mic, lightweight, I could go on. This will officially be my go to headset now.

I love them so much. They are one of the best headsets in my opinion. I will not be switching back ever
