I bought these for myself as a Christmas gift after going through the Corsair HS60 and Hyper X Cloud 2. I wasn't really looking for wireless but thought I'd give these a shot. I am very picky with things I get for my PC gaming. Using these with my custom Windows 10 PC! The comfort and sound is a must with headphones. These are a 10/10 in comfort and 9/10 in sound! They are very light and super plush on ears. My wife said "WOW it's like having a cloud on your head" and I totally agree. The Dolby Atmos sound is absolutely AMAZING. Once you hear it in games or movies you will never want anything else. Comes with a code for 2 year Dolby Atmos subscription. These were on sale and well well worth the hundred bucks. If you are looking for a amazing pair of headphones pick these up, you will not be disappointed. Some Features- -The mic flips up and makes a little beep to let you know its muted and it's also detachable. -When powered on the headset will tell you "Power on, Battery high/medium/low and connected/not connected" -Controls on the back for volume, seperate knob for chat/game sound and a power/sync button, charge port is also on same side. -Adjustable soft stretchable headband -Super soft ear cups. -Built in very long lasting battery. Dont have any complaints at this time!

The Rig 800LXs are the unicorn of headsets! They work WIRELESSLY on both Xbox One & PS4!!!! I returned my JBL Quantum 800s in disappointment and picked up the Rig 800LXs. The Rigs don’t have the flash, bells and whistles that the JBLs have but they get the job done. They paired instantly when I connected them to my Xbox One. To work w/PS4, plug the Wireless Base (WB) into your PS4, flip the switch on the WB to PC then power up your console. I did not get sound and chat until I went into —> Settings —>Devices —> Audio Devices —> Output to Headphones —> select All Audio, and BAM! Now you have headsets that work on XB1 & PS4. (Added note plug the WB in to the PS4 before you power it on. If you switch back to a console & the headset is not getting sound, power off the console then power it back on) I gave these a 5 star rating just for having true wireless connection on multiple systems; XB1, PS4, PC & Mac (tried them on my iMac) These headsets do come up short in some areas. The “noise canceling mic” picks up my ceiling fan. I ordered a windscreen, hopefully that will help. And there is no bluetooth. *Unfortunately when using w/PS4 I was not able to use the headset volume wheel. To control the headset volume I had to go back in to settings & use the volume control in Audio Devices. And the chat mixer does not function. If someone finds a fix/work around, let me know. Though they are made entirely of plastic they seem very sturdy. The headsets are extremely light and comfortable but the ear cups don’t swivel, which would have added extra comfort and convenience. They sound really good. Playing Modern Warfare I was able to hear footsteps and pick up directional cues on the enemies position. Then I watched a movie, Xmen Apocalypse, with THX enabled. They did a great job. All that said, if you play on both XB1 & PS4 these headsets are a Best Buy (shameless plug) for your console.

I’m a audio person. I own several headphones for gaming, music, and movies. I have spent thousand of dollars on headsets. Including turtle beach, Astro, vmoda, Razr, and more. I can honestly say that none of them can compare to this headset. So I feel I got a good judgement on rating these products and give you a honest review. With that being said this headset is the best headset for the price that’s on the market. Super comfortable and I can game all day with no discomfort. The sound is top notch from the crips clear clean highs and mids to the heavy lows. No distortion and they get loud! Sound is better than what I expected for the price. Durability seems to be great as well. The best part is battery life. For a wireless headset these have excellent battery life and charging speeds. No lag and no disconnections. The Dolby Atmos Surround is mind blowing good. I can honestly say that this headset is nearly perfect! I rate it a full 5 stars. Haven’t found any cons or any problems. If you’re looking for a headset and read this review don’t look any further! Just buy this headset and you will thank yourself for doing so.

I've owned many headphones for music and gaming over the years.. Beats Solo, Sony XB950N1, Astro A40s, HyperX Cloud Flight, Turtle Beach XP500, and none of them compare to this set. They most closely resemble the HyperX Cloud flight in terms of sound, but the HyperX lacks Atmos support. I use them for Xbox and in games that support Atmos (Shadow of the Tomb Raider, AC Origins, etc.), it will blow your socks off. It's like being in a movie theater. The fact that it's compatible with PC and Xbox, and also wireless, is a nice bonus. I don't usually take the time to review products, but I felt this one deserved it. Would highly recommend.

I had narrowed my choices down to an Astro Gaming Headset or a Plantronics Rig 800 LX Headset. I went with the Plantronics and I could not be more pleased. I downloaded the Dolby Atmos application and I’m totally blown away. I retired my Turtle Beach 600 Headset and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to match or beat it. Love Turtle Beach but I’m thrilled with Plantronics. Excellent price and buy.

My husband got me one for our anniversary and i love it! Then on his birthday got him the exact same one! We both think this is the best headphones we ever had! Sound quality, comfortable to wear, long battery life, and has adjustable game and chat volume! Very easy to use.

I originally went to Best Buy to pick up the wireless Astros for my boyfriend but after trying these on I decided he needed these instead. They are comfortable enough to wear for like 8+ hours streaming and sound great! I also bought myself a pair! : )

sound quality is great, I love the mic. Very comfortable. Can wear for hours. Set up is very easy. And works on my computer also which I love. This is my second set, the mic wore out in handle on last one found a guy to fix but they still work excellent.

The sound of the product is excellent, but the problem with the product is durability. Where you change fit, there is a chance of cracking. They feel very comfortable to wear for long periods. I can only recommend them when they are on sale below the 100 dollar mark.

I was trying to use my Logitech g933 7.1 speakers for gaming on my Xbox One, but the cable connected to the controller was annoying, and truthfully, they are not all that comfortable to wear for any length of gaming. I wanted something a would not mind wearing for extended gaming sessions and something that just worked wirelessly with my Xbox. Since I had pre-ordered my Xbox One X I figured I would find something new. I fell in love with these headphones the moment I put them on. They are super comfortable. They are wireles. They will last up to 24 hours of gaming on a single charge. And, the icing on the cake was they support Dolby Atmos - which is an advancement includes in the Xbox One X. The sound was just okay when I tried it in standard mode, but there are four different EQ settings and a couple of them bring out the mid’s and bass. I did notice if there is too much bass and you are using the setting enhancing the bass the most, it would tend to distort on explosions. The surround.works as well as any other headphone I have tried. I am not as familiar in what to listed for to rate the effectiveness of the Dolby Atmos, but i had no issues determining where the sounds originated. I, also, have t tried them out on Computer gaming. I have saved my Logitech g933’s for convenience to not have to swap headphones around when moving from Xbox to PC. One other note to consider is that I have to unplug the wireless headphones to use the Dolby Atmos on my sound bar. It seems the Dolby app will only configure itself for either the stereo/sound bar with Atmos or the headphones one at a time. The sound bar I am using is the LG SJ9.

I loved these headsets, even better than the new versions of the standing charger. These version has given me strong and high expectation of its latest version (which I purchased) and was a huge let down. Uploaded both photos for comparison.

This is a fine headset IF you don't require Bass or need volume above 50% or mobile connectivity (Which Turtle Beach Stealth 700 has) I was really excited to get these with the Dolby Atmos and the effect works really really well and the highs and mids are so crisp and clear BUT I almost cried when I watched a movie and turned up the sound because the static distortion ruined the experience. Don't get me wrong, it will thump a bass BEAT, but any continuous bass like an explosion of any kind or say a Dolby Demo Video and you will hear crklhhcklechsss and it broke my heart because everything else was perfect. Crystal clear. There was no rumble to my Forza cars, bass production is next to nill and I am an audiophile. They are light, VERY comfortable, good looking, great range, I could go to the kitchen and cook with them connected to my X1X console. BUT I just couldn't stand the lack of bass or volume without distortion. Plus no Bluetooth is a bummer. It is also missing the mobile Bluetooth functionality which The Stealth has. So, I unfortunately had to return them. =(

This headset was bought for my grandson and he has found multiple problems with it. The mic wont connect to xbox has to restart console multiple times to get the headset to work properly. He cant update it with the Plantronics hub because it will not register though the usb in the app but will register his headset on his pc

After struggling trying to decide what headset to buy, I decided on these. I was mainly wanting a wireless xbox headset with good sound quality. Was also trying to avoid spending $300. So I went with these, knowing of the common complaint of poor bass. As soon I hooked them up to my xbox I went straight to the dolby app to try out the atmos and sure enough, bass static and sounded terrible in regards to bass. So I started researching and found the fix almost instantly. I'll post the thread I read on reddit which corrected the bass issue. Once I figured it out, everything has been INCREDIBLE. Super long battery life, totally wireless and super comfy. Truly a great headset once you read and understand what caused the bass issue. Super easy fix. "I've seen people complaining about audio crackle or bass issues. This is easily corrected by turning the chat volume (top volume dial) on the headset down as low as you can go without losing your content's audio, then adjust audio accordingly with the bottom volume control. This headset acts like other headsets I've seen where your game/movie/TV show audio comes through on the chat channel as well. Broke a little after 90 days. The switch on the side won't turn the headset off even though it's switched to the off position, and seems to not affect the headset at all as now it won't pair. It was not extraneously used either, as it still looks brand new. I should also mention this is the replacement for one that was already warrantied and replaced through Best buy.

Headset is trash. Left cup came off. There’s also static when you mute and unmute the mic. The mic is always loose and needs to be pushed in before each use. Only thing good about these is that you get a free subscription to Dolby Atmos.

This is an amazing Headset for FPS TPS, Racing, and other games. Very comfortable for long time glasses wearing unlike the Astro A50's I had before. Very light, with soft breathable ear pads. Can hear footsteps on PUBG before most of your team, better then the Astro A50's as well. Astro A50's have better Bass/Lows, but these have better Highs, and about the same Mids. Also easy to plug, play, and charge (Last 24+ Hours), and easier then the A50 to charge. The free Dolby Atmos is also an awesome addition with the Xbox One and PC. Better sound and Comfort then the Turtle Beach 600's and 700's. I have a big head, big ears, and glasses (For reference).

Seriously. Get these things if you're even considering them. I can hear things that I couldn't hear before. Most comfortable headset I've ever owned. VERY lightweight. Battery life does actually last 24 hours. Easy to charge. Plug USB into Xbox overnight and you'll have a full charge to last at least a week. If you play shooters (PubG, Fortnite, COD...) Buy these. I can PINPOINT people shooting from 500m away. You hear every little thing. Was hesitant on the wireless - many told me not to get them. I like having the ability to walk around where I want and not have to carry around the controller. Range on these things are great. It easily went through 3 walls and no dropout of audio. Mic is great - friends say the audio quality is better than previous mic used. 4 EQ settings - I personally prefer the Pure EQ & Intensify (Beep 1 & 2). There is ZERO latency or delay with the headset as well. Only issue I have had over the past few days was I had to re-pair the headphones to get the audio to work. Will comment on that later if the issue persists. My main reason for buying a new headset was comfort. I game for hours on end. I needed something that will be light and easy on the ears. I put them to the test with 7 hours of gaming and little breaking. My ears had some fatigue, but at least there was no pain compared to my old headset. Well worth the investment if you're even remotely serious about gaming.
