These rigs are great. Great sound and are comfortable.

The headset worked flawlessly for 1/2 a year then I started getting connectivity issues. Sometimes sound will completely cut out or the dolby sound would trigger on and off, which at times can be deafening. Plantronics direction were to set my Xbox to power saving mode when turning ON and so far I have not had the issue.

Good mic comes with doubley atmost. Just as good as astros a50 at half the price

For the short time that I owned them I loved them. The Dolby Atmos sounds incredible. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star review is because I began getting headaches from the weight of the headphones. They were a bit heavy for me but hey, everyone is different. I ultimately had to return them to bestbuy for that reason alone.

Excellent sound quality and a very comfortable feel

They are really decent but they have the 40mm speakers instead of the 50mm, if your use to the turtlebeach for the superhuman hearing these are good but the only way they work equal or better is with dolby atmos and custom hz setup in atmos. Still better durability than turtle beach.

I bought these on dec 27th 2019 and the power is stuck on and I have 0 volume control. I contacted the manufacture which is now nacom gaming bc they bought Plantronics out. They told me to contact Best buy that they would replace them because they are guaranteed for 2 years. I thought that sounded wrong because it is a manufacturer warranty product. Well I was correct they said there is nothing they can do. So I have attempted to recontact the manufacturer and they will not reply to any of my emails and they have no phone number. $150 headset should last longer than 3 months therefore my review of the product isn't very positive. Maybe I got a bad apple I understand sometimes things happen. But then again a company should stand behind their product and uphold their end of the warranty. So now I'm either stuck buying another headset or keep on trying to resolve this issue. I use my headset almost on a daily basis and I don't understand what the big deal is and why this can't be taken care of. I have all proper paperwork and notification of the date of purchase and the purchase amount. I do not recommend then at all bc if something where to happen your just up the creek without a paddle looks like.

Sound is amazing and the battery life is great. Definitely a great buy.
