Very comfortable headset I would say it was 5 stars but the microphone when muted gives off a static sound, everytime i move from muted to unmute and ive only had it since september

I only gave it a 3 star only because it was very comfortable to wear and overall it was very light. However, it is cheaply made. Even the charger it came with felt and look like a charger you would buy from a dollar store. The piece you connect to your xbox look and feel like some that would come with a toy you would buy at the dollar store too. I was very disappointed in the quality of all 3 pieces. I feel like this headset couldnt be value at no more than $40, $50 at most. I will be returning today and I just brought it yesterday.

A rare item that just plugs in and does exactly what it needs to do with zero hassle. And it fits my abnormally large head with removal of the option inner headband while remaining very comfortable.

Everyone knows the headphone jack breaks on the Xbox controllers all of them so we spend the extra for the wireless headset and mic and haven’t needed to go back and replace my sons controller since.

Use the pure setting for audio (1 beep) instead of any other presets and it sounds great! It also has great range! It reaches outside my home which the turtle Beach stealth 700 did not. I'm very pleased with this headset

These headsets I bought for the Atmos experience. They sound ok, and the different types of modes give you a different perspective on base and sound. overall they are ok. I dont think they are worth this much though.

The headset has great Dolby Atmos sound. For the price you can't beat the quality of the postional sounds. I have a Sennheiser wireless model that costs twice as much, but I prefer the sounds from this headphone set much more.

Pretty good headset, although in COD at times it’s a bit difficult to hear the party chat over the game chat and it’s fully adjusted to the game chat. Other than that, it’s good.

This headset is amazing, I use it mainly for my Xbox series x and I'm not disappointed. I watch movies play games and the sound quality is great. Now my neighbors can quit yapping.

This headset has been one of the best gaming purchases I have made. The sound is exceptional and I was quite sad when it broke and I could they a replacement.

This headset is amazing.. chargers fast and holds its charge for days. Only reason for the 4 stars is for the price it should come with a stand or something store the headset.

Easy to use and setup. Awesome audio and Mic is Pro like. Only CON is the battery life is short (16 hrs) if you don't charge it some. Along with a random feedback every blue moon...I have 2 of these headset.

I bought this for my son. We have purchased a few wired models but we couldn’t find one that would last. We have finally good a wireless which has stopped us from failures . I’d buy again

My son got these for Christmas and loves these headphones. He’s 15 years old and has had many headphones. Says they cancel out background noise and does exactly like they are supposed to do. They are worth the price

My son loves these headphones. The quality of sound is awesome and we don’t have to worry about plugging it in to charge.

Lasted me about a year before the mic started to gltich out like the older models but the sound quality was top notch.

I bought this headset just over a year ago, and unfortunately just a few short months out of warranty my boom mic is generating significant static that both I and people that I'm chatting with can hear when I move it up and down. Often after moving the mic up or down, the static will persist until I fiddle with the boom some more. Given that this is the only way to physically mute the headset, this is a major inconvenience. The headset has been treated well and has only experienced what I'd consider standard wear and tear. Additionally, Plantronics has sold the RIG brand and trying to register my device and get support was impossible to do without waiting and contacting support. Prior to this, I had been very satisfied as the sound quality is great and I haven't had any issues with it connecting to my Xbox or PC. I use it for online gaming and Discord chat on the PC. However, the bottom line is that I'd expect something that I'd spent this much on to work for longer than 15 months.

I finally broke down and bought a headset for my Xbox One. Since I am stuck at home more than I am at work, and my wife works midnights. Super easy set up. WOW! The sound quality is amazing!

I use these on my Xbox One X and my PC and they work SO well! I can walk to the other side of my home and they still work! I love this wireless headset, much better than any wired headset, no cables!

My grandson enjoys wearing the headset he is able to hear really good with it when. When the room is noisy my grandson doesn’t hear anything it’s a really good headset if you’re trying to block out any noise.
