Great at first

I like the option to flip to mute, UNTIL it starts muting when I flip down and unmuting when I flip up. Then everyone I chatted with said there was terrible static. Worked great for about 6 months. Just now getting around to this, as I ordered a superior headset. Disappointed in plantronics as they have always had good products in the past.
