Adjusting the size of the headset is great because the sizes are fixed, so once it's adjusted, handling the headset won't make unwanted changes. A soft mesh elastic band suspends the headset on your head, so there aren't any pressure points from harder materials. Last thing, the right ear cup has a button on the bottom that changes audio presets. I've found that the second preset (two beeps) is best overall, especially when playing music.

Posted .Hi! Tank you for your honest review on our RIG 800LX headset. However, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are experiencing some issues with the microphone you may want to establish a new connection with your wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. You may also want to test the headset connected to a different gaming console/PC to completely isolate the issue.
