Amazing sound with negatives.

The negatives are the following: 1. No noise cancelling so you can hear surrounding noises. 2. Getting the mix between chat and game volume is difficult. If they would have added noise cancelling and separated game chat from game volume this headset would have been top of the class.

A Huge Let down

The sound is clear; and it feels really underpowered. It says Dolby atmos compatible but the low volume output has me questioning the quality, as they feel cheap. Save your $150 and Do. Not. Buy. These.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our RIG 800LX. We're sorry to hear about your experience. If audio is too low there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot it. If you have already verified that the Atmos code is active, configured the volume levels on both headset system and your XBox One and it is still low, please try resetting the connection between the adapter and the headphones. To do so: 1- Make sure the device switch, on the back of the USB receiver, is set to Gaming Console before you connect it to a different USB port in the Xbox One. 2- On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue.
3- On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. When the lights go off the procedure is complete. Please note this unit does have a one-year warranty from date of purchase.
