Not worth the price.

However the ear cushions come off easily and can be a pain to get back on. After about 3-4 months of use the headphones began to randomly disconnect or reset. Very annoying. I tossed them in the closet and got a pair of Turtle Beach instead.

This is by far the best. it sounds good, but that is pretty easy to achieve. the bigger point is that it is very easy to use and works as it is supposed to. I have had bad experiences with "wireless" headsets that constantly disconnect from the xbox. these work reliably. also, battery life is great!
