The fit is poor and if you get too far from the usb transmitter, the sound gets super loud! I can go 50 feet and the sound goes wonky. However, if I can go downstairs and not have a problem. This does not make sense. This headset does not live up to its $180 price tag. I wanted a wireless headset for the freedom, but the trade off is not worth it. If the headset were cheaper, I wouldn’t complain.

If you are having some issues with the microphone you may want to establish a new connection with your wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. This headset counts with a range of up to 10 meters/33 feet. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please try any of the three sizes available on the headband by pressing the earcup to detach it from the headband and hopefully you'll be able to find a more comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
