I brought hyperx cloud x flight for x, and I'm happy with them. I will return them for the new s series that features 7.1 surroundsound and wireless charging

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging the headset using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue.
