Both sets the mic have shorted out and quit working after a year of usage.

The left ear would make crackling sounds and at times I would just hear a high pitched noise in the right side (similar to when a mic is too close to the speaker). That's how they came, straight out of the box. An incredibly disappointing experience. Pros: -They're decently comfortable, the floating headband rocks. -Lightweight. -Came with a free subscription for 'Dolby Atmos' which was nice (but it's not a very noticeable of a difference compared to Dolby 7.1/5.1 when using headphones). Cons: -Sound quality was 7 or 8 out of 10 outside of the crackling, Still in my con list for crackling constantly. -Feels like a cheap build, the plastic seems thin. Also a bit too bulky, like they're going to slide off your head if you lean too far. I ended up returning these right after picking up a pair of A40's and I'm so glad I decided to. I already entered the atmos code when I did though so at least I came out with a free subscription to that for this whole headache lol If you're thinking about buying these don't; quite a few people complained about issues out of the box similar to mine. I even thought to myself "Oh that's gotta be rare, I won't get that unlucky" and look what happened. A $50 pair from no name brand would be a safer bet... Go with Astros, if you try out a pair and use the mixamp you'll never look back.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, next time you may want to try establishing a new connection with the wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. We also recommend testing the headset connected to a PC to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
