Whereas I really enjoy the quality, the headset will start to have issues a few months in. I bought two of these in the past 3 years. Both started having mic problems and the customer support for the company does nothing to help you out. Save yourself a headache and money. Buy something else

Please note that the microphone is a bit flexible so you can gently point it towards your mouth for a better performance. As for the volume levels, these can be adjusted through the volume wheels. One controls the master volume and the other one adjusts the game/chat volume. Please note that if you're using this headset on a PC the chat/game audio balance on the headset is used to balance the sidetone, to increase it or decrease it. If they are not working, please try resetting the connection between the headset and USB receiver: Make sure the device switch, on the back of the USB receiver, is set to Gaming Console before you connect it to a different USB port in the Xbox One. On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. The procedure is complete once the lights go off. If you get the same results, please note this model comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase. When I went to put it on, I have either really low ears or a tall head or a combination.. My head pushed the elastic band all the way to the plastic and the ear cups were pulling my ears up.. Not only that, but the lining inside the ear cups made my ears itch.. Returning them.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i make it short, so far I've tried Arctis 7, G933, G935, Corsair Void Pro, Corsair HS70, Sony Gold, sounds enough? I dont own an Xbox but I am pretty sure it works better with Xbox comparing to PC. Cons 1-the Chat and Game volume balance/mixer wheel does not function on PC because the dongle gets registered as 1 playback device, so you cant switch the audio between 2 playback devices (SteelSeries does that properly) 2-No way to turn off the Mic sidetone on PC!. Yes i did go to sound settings in control panel and the mic option "listen to device" is unchecked, but sidetone still works ... 3- No dedicated software 4- not loud enough 5- lack of bass pros 1- very light weight 2-extremely comfortable 3-long battery life

I was not impressed with the quality, build or sound of this headset. The microphone did not work properly. Had to return these and settle for my crappy TB's until something better comes along.

It also appears that you will need to purchase a subscription from the company in order to get the Atmos effect and it only works on games/movies that have that feature. Save your time and money.

But after a week the headset would turn on and off on there own.
