Never heard of this brand before but these are definitely impressive. I have a special needs son who goes through headphones like crazy. I always use them for a long time and hand them down because he is ridiculously rough on them. Noise canceling is usually the most important feature that this house looks for. Most of the time it’s hit or miss. I’ve had 100 dollar headphones for him and 500 dollar headphones and these have by far the best noise canceling out of any of them I have had. I tried them on right after I opened them and my wife was talking to me and even without anything playing you cannot hear anything. I mean they are beyond impressive. Comfort is another big thing. I wore them for work for 5 hours straight hooked up to my MacBook and again didn’t pinch my head and are comfortable as one could ask for. The only problem I have with these is the mic works about 50% of the time. If I get a FaceTime call they can’t hear me half the time even though I can hear them. Then the next call I’ll get works perfectly fine. It’s very random. If that’s not a deal breaker for you these are bound phenomenal over the ear headphones

Very pleased with these headphones. The connection is automatic and sound quality is great. They are also lighter than the previous model RIG 800 I had owned, this does however make them feel a bit flimsy but the lightness is nice. They tend to stay put more when turning your head quickly.

Bought them as part of a gift for my S/O. He says they’re good quality and very comfortable! I expected a little more for the price, but they’re definitely better than others of the same price. They look a lot better than others too in my opinion lol

The quality of these are fantastic! I am hearing things in game I play regularly that I have never heard before. They are super comfortable and were easy to set up as well.

Good audio comfy for a bit but not long term, and the biggest gripe is the instructions. Use words when explaining stuff, you just assume people will understand the pictures but maybe use your words like an adult. Really makes a difference in people enjoying the “easy” set up they claim to have.

Sounds fantastic, but the mic needs to be a tad better. Setting it up on Xbox had some difficulty, but once it's dialed in it's awesome.

For a wireless gaming headset, I have nothing but praise for it. For one I love the fact that instead of adjusting the band, you just select the on the cups and wear it. It is a pleasant change and is extremely comfortable. Not only that, for the headset they are noticeably light and comfortable, which is great for longer sessions gaming. This is a dual connection headset as well, via USB dongle and Bluetooth at the same time, but the Bluetooth I find is really only good for connecting to a phone, trying to use it to watch videos is not recommended as it does have noticeable lag, again though if you are using this headset for gaming you will be using the USB Dongle connection. The USB dongle can be connected directly into the PC or better yet into the charging base which you can plug into the PC, so when you are done and set the headdown for charging the USB dongle is kept safe. Soundwise this headset does it for me. Since sound is subjective I will say these sound great for gaming or watching videos/movies so I am very happy with them and the wireless range is very good, allowing you to get up and get snacks while still hearing the action. Overall this is a great and awesome headset and I highly recommend them for the comfort and sound.

This headset lasted me for about 2 years and it was very good quality as well. Ome issue was charging it which took pretty long and it had a short battery

I purchased on Amazon trying to help others. I was trying to fix 900 Max. They have a tiny power reset button under the right ear cup, I use a needle, and it reset was able to power on. You don't need to remove earcup to reset.

I bought this for my fiancés birthday and he loves it! It does everything he was looking for, connects between Xbox and his phone if getting a call, drowns out the kids while he’s in an intense match on COD. And keeps him from having to listen to any of my “I got an idea” or “I was thinking” requests. 10/10 would purchase again.

So I’ll start off to say that I have the Plantronics RIG 800’s and love them. Very comfy and can’t even tell they are on my head. So I was anxious to get these new 900’s with Bluetooth. Well they don’t fit. Nacon ran the wire connecting the drivers in with the elastic band and they don’t sit all the way down on my ears. Also puts more pressure on my temples making these headsets extremely uncomfortable. Couldn’t speak to sound quality because I boxed them back up when they didn’t fit.

They were Christmas gifts and have feedback that they are the best!!!

I’ve had the 800 lx and they were solid and everything i could ask for. A friend of mine needed a new headset for his ps5 prodomenently but was considering getting an xbox. For that and switch compatibility, these sounded great! Out of the box day one issues were, connectivity both with console and bluetooth no matter how connected. The bluetooth and audio source selection button completely stoped functioning. Ten minutes into trying to set these up, the mic no longer wanted to shutoff when in the full upright position despite the beeps happening to indicate it was off. When the mic is on it is nothing but constant static and gargled audio. If you played with the wiring between ear cups even a hair it got worse. A $249 dollar headset should not perform in this way. I stuck my neck out for this brand as i had great results in every way with the 800 lx. Quality has gone down the toilet! Important features such as the chat to game audio dial have been lost as well. Another noted issue is the microphone is no longer detachable and there for replaceable in the event of its failure. All of this is on par with todays standards of customers paying more to receive less. Customer support will be called and hopefully this can be resolved. If a second headset performs in this manor we will be moving on to the competitors products!
