Garbage headset the chat mixer never works right for Xbox. PC it works because I can change the chat volume and game volume from the PC. Doing 1 button sounds great but it never works. Turn the game volume all the way up now chat is low as can b. Turn chat all the way up now game is low as can b. My person favorite turn any of them all the way up and no volume at all. You have to back it down a bit for the volume to kick on full blast in your ear. If you want a Xbox headset get some thing else I got it for PC and Xbox but I guess it's back to the drawing board for a Xbox headset.

Ibwas super excited to use this headset, but when i set it up, i was greatly disappointed. Compared to the much cheaper turtle beach stealth 700, well lets just say i returned it immediately. It was light weight and comfortable, but the ANC as i know it was horrible or non existent. I ended up going with the turtle beach pro 700. Well worth it

Bought these for my son. He says they are good but not as comfortable as the Rig 700 that this was replacing.

Charging stand is awesome for safe keeping. Design for ear support is great, clips won’t lead to cracking at swivel like most headsets. Sync easy and comfortable to wear.

Right out of the box these headphones look extremely futuristic. They're incredibly comfortable and the base that it comes with is the cherry on top. They have a relatively long battery life since I haven't charged them in about a week. It's also a great feature that you can use these headphones on multiple devices. Whether those devices be your gaming console or your computer. This can do all that all while boasting its Dolby Atmos making this a nice subtle addition to any audiophile's arsenal. The Rig 900 Max HX feel great. The need for adjustability is limited but you can take care of that in the beginning. It comes with a dongle, a base station, and the headset itself along with a charging cable. The wired option is limited due to the cable size that comes standard with the headphones. You can customize your dolby experience with the app. These were made for consoles but they also have Bluetooth capabilities which means they can connect to the plethora of devices I own that require or have bluetooth capabilities. The sound is up there with my JBL's. I'm not the biggest audiophile but you must give credit where credit is due. Especially with its customizability. These features weren't at all something that was included with my earlier experience when dabbling in gaming headsets. The microphone is flip-to-mute so not having to find pesky little buttons to mute your significant other yelling your name across the kitchen while you're raiding something with a couple of your friends, really helps. The range is great and in part is because of the dongle. It's dongle has 2.4GHz capabilities which just means longer signal reach as opposed to the latter 5GHz. The reach was pretty wicked in terms of how far away I walked from my console. Bluetooth on the other hand had more static when an increase in range was made. All in all these are great and at the price point you get exactly what you pay for and that is a great experience whether you're an audiophile, gamer, or just enjoy good quality products because you know what you like. These headphones hit all the marks.

Really nice headset for the price. My only complaint is that the top strap could use some more padding. Can cause a sore head after a long session. But, you can't beat the sound fidelity.

The microphone never worked!! I was trying to connect with the xbox series x and it was NOT very simple. I had to install the phone application to update and stuff and also test microphone but no response on microphone. Returned the next day. I’d say it is a little over complicated product trying to make it a fit it for all.

Ive been buying RIG headsets from bestbuy for.. well a very long time. Hands down the best product from the best retailer.

The instructions were not very clear, but after figuring out you CAN change the voice chat they get a 5 star

I only use rig headsets but i was cool with my 800lx

My son wanted to try these, but ended up returning them. He went back to his original pair of Turtle Beach 700 Max. He said that he had problems pairing them with all of his devices. Maybe he was just more familiar with the others. They may work great for others, but they didn't for him.

The headset will connect to your Xbox. However, you’ll have a rough time connecting these to the app to adjust anything. Simply won’t connect to the app even when connected to your phone. Useless.

These headsets work great. They fit and feel great, the battery charging stand is awesome!
