Mounted outside under my eve to watch my drive way only to figure out that these do not have the invert video function. Being designed for outdoors and not having the ability to be hung upside down defeats a lot of the areas you would want to put this camera.

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the camera's view from the ceiling. The Ring Outdoor Cam is our leading indoor and outdoor-ready security camera with flexible mounting options. Ring Outdoor Cam must be positioned right-side up if it is mounted on the ceiling. If Ring Outdoor Cam is mounted upside-down, videos viewed with a Ring Home Plan subscription will also be upside-down. Video orientation cannot be changed in the Ring app. Your Ring Outdoor Cam can keep your home protected from indoors and outside — whether it’s sitting on its stand or mounted to the ceiling using a Ring Stick Up Cam Mount (sold separately).
