Posted .Hi 2Legit2quit. I definitely understand the importance of being able to rely on your Ring Alarm system for a sense of security. The Contact Sensors or Motion Detectors that are going offline may be a bit far from the Base Station, causing the connection to not be as stable. You can try repositioning the Base Station to be in a more central location of our home. Another option is to use a Ring Alarm Range Extender at around a halfway point between the Contact Sensors or Motion Detectors that are falling offline and the Base Station.
