I have tried for weeks to get someone here to reinstall or put a new one in. The problem is they keep rescheduling the service now for 3 weeks. At first I said why would I want the same tech come that did a bad job the first time but now they can send me the cleaning person as long as someone comes. Well I have been promised now someone for sure will be here Thursday. I await with bated breath lol. Actually Best Buy is usually the best but this is due to a 3rd party needing to come and not Best Buy’s Gerk Squads fault

It sounds like the device did not meet your expectations in regards to the volume of the siren. The Ring Alarm Pro 14-Piece Kit is an alarm system that combines reliable home security with a secure internet network. If your siren is triggered in your home or business, the Ring Alarm Pro Base Station siren will sound for 10 minutes and then turn off. The Ring Alarm Base Station has a 104 dB siren.
There are a variety of situations where a homeowner might feel the need to extend the range of the alarm signal. These include:
Living in a very large house where walls and other construction may mute the siren.
Living in a multi-story home where the sounds may not be heard in the basement or attic.
Having areas that are frequently subject to loud noises that might drown out the sound of the siren.
