The system learns how to ignore unimportant notifications over time. Ring also offers various monthly recording subscriptions based on your requirements.

The sensors work well and even though I live in a 3 story town house I don't have any connection issues. I lost power and the backup eero router kicked in just like it was supposed to.

I will be able to tell better once i sign up fie pro protect. I attempted ti do this but the tech did not install the ring system correctly. I wish the volume on the system was louder. It took awhile to get system and foe best buy to install which was done incorrectly so it must be reinstalled.

The Ring Alarm Pro 14-Piece Kit is an alarm system that combines reliable home security with a secure internet network. If your siren is triggered in your home or business, the Ring Alarm Pro Base Station siren will sound for 10 minutes and then turn off. The Ring Alarm Base Station has a 104 dB siren.
There are a variety of situations where a homeowner might feel the need to extend the range of the alarm signal. These include:
Living in a very large house where walls and other construction may mute the siren.
Living in a multi-story home where the sounds may not be heard in the basement or attic.
Having areas that are frequently subject to loud noises that might drown out the sound of the siren.

It has secured all my doors and windows. The two panels are good one on first floor and one in our bedroom on second floor to control our system also.

It's a bit more complicated than stated in the instructions and I needed to call them on the phone for technical assistance. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. Got me up and running properly in a short while and I haven't had an issue since.

In addition, the installer did an excellent job at our home on both the installation and explaining how to use it. We would definitely recommend Best Buy to others.

Used Christmas gift cards for purchase so it was like a no cost purchase. I added a Ring doorbell and it all works better than the service I was paying for monthly, which was increasing it’s price.
