Features are easy to configure and maintain The system client\user is overjoyed at the expandability without having to pay and discuss with 3rd party This was a win\win for all involved.

Having total tech support with Best Buy was helpful if we needed it. The device was easy to set up and activate and we were able to do it on our own. We tested it several days before converting to monitoring which was a simple option and it allowed us to avoid false alarms.

Batteries last a LONG time (haven't had to replace any since install last year, other system were needing replacement about every 3 months).

This security system is better than the one I was paying hundreds of dollars for each month. Inexpensive, reliable, and dependable.

This keeps my apartment well lit and I don't have to hear my original awful sounding door bell. Like knowing I am protected and that it is a deterrent.

The only complaint is that the settings seem to be ALL or NOTHING. Each monitor can be turned on or off manually, but the one click set button arms a terribly loud alarm that doesn't appear to be disabled. So someone too slow to disarm gets blasted by noise.

I'm not disappointed in any of the equipment. It works fantastically. The app you have to use sucks though. The two step verification is a pain in the butt too.

Your Ring app is a powerful piece of software and the command center for all of your Ring devices. To setup your Ring Alarm 8-Piece Kit in the Ring app, follow these steps: 1. Download and open the Ring app. 2. Select Set Up a Device. 3. Scan the QR code on your Ring Alarm Base Station with the Ring app. Follow the steps in the app to connect your Ring Alarm Base Station to your Ring account. Set up one device at a time, and only pull the plastic film battery tab when the Ring app prompts you.

Super easy to set up. Had the whole system up and running in about 2 hours. She learned to use it in about 10 minutes. Paid for the yearly monitoring and even got a little discount on my renters. Not much to write home about, but rebought to offset some of the cost of the yearly monitoring fee. I may even add some more cameras as time goes on. Could not be happier!

I am beyond pleased with this Ring system! It was so easy to set up and I love all of the alerts I can set. It gives me peace of mind while being away from home as well as being in the house that it is secured 24/7. I would recommend this system to anyone! I also added on the Pro doorbell and just bought 2 more cameras for outside! I am very pleased!
