If you have a power outage, you have to reset the cameras on site which defeats the purpose of resetting system remotely. When first installed they worked great until a power outage and my Cameras went offline as they need to be reset on site. The perimeter sensors reset fine when power came on.

Posted .Hi JMVD. Making sure you can rely on your home security is key to having that peace of mind. Your Ring Security Cameras should automatically reconnect after a wifi outage, assuming both power and wifi has been restored. If they don't automatically reconnect, that could indicate that the signal the Cameras are receiving could be weak or unstable.
