Great Alarm system! Customer service was great. The installer made sure we understood the system and was set up professionally.

Super easy to install and expand with other items. Love it. Would only say that the only draw back is the time it take the ring doorbell to come up on screens inside

I have not been able to get the professional security personnel yet but I am really excited about doing this. I am certain that this system is way better than Night Owl.

we have had a few alarm systems but this one has been amazing. easy to use for the whole family, I love the notifications ,quality product.

It only works for a year, then starts giving all sorts of issue. 1) After 8 Months of using the alarm base disconnects randomly from Wifi and then it won't connect back. Everytime this happens I have press repair and connect again (When I am on vacation, I lost total control becuase of this). it resolved by connecting via ethernet directly. 2) after 1 year it stopped working all together. All the ring cameras are working but Ring alarm station doesn't respond at all. I spent hour and hours talking to customer care, but no use. All they suggest is reset, and power off. I asked for replacement device, But they are doing anything. Waste of Money after an year.

So easy to install and use. Don’t need a pro for installation and a nice system to guard my home! I bought it to add on to my current video cams and doorbell cam.

Very simple to install, and great quality equipment. Like it better than Simplisafe which gave us multiple false alarms. The app is well designed and easy to use.

This is the best alarm system ever. Very easy to set up that you can do yourself. No drilling necessary with the flexibility to accommodate any home layout.

Great Price. Easy to install/setup yourself. All can be controlled by your cell phone. Monitoring price very reasonable. Expandable to your needs.

I like how easy to install sensors and professional monitoring is only $10 compared to other DIY security systems. You can add additional sensors afterwards.

Excellent system I definitely would recommend getting this security system it beats paying a monthly feel for a security system like ADT

I think this system presents good bang for buck. If it had a criticism it is that the motion sensors notify you of motion through the system even when the system is disarmed. That’s a design flaw. I do not need to be notified when walking through own living room! So 1 star deducted for that.
