This alarm system has been critical to my home security. It was very easy to set up, use, administrate, everything about it is spot on, the only thing I don’t like about it is the 30 second delay minimum they have in entering the home, they should set it out to be five or 10 seconds. 30 seconds is far too long, people can get off with a lot of stuff before the alarm sounds, a lot of people have been complaining about this for a long time, but I don’t see RING fixing it as of yet!

We had a tech come out to our house a few days ago to install a security system. The tech did an outstanding job in getting everything installed, ensuring that the system worked correctly. He spent time with us explaining all the components and how everything worked. In addition he left us with a flyer to let us know what we need to do if something goes wrong and his contact number for any questions and his manager. This is why I have been a loyal customer to Best Buy and will continue. Even when I go into the store the staff is very helpful.

This is one of my favorite purchases ever!!!! I have never had an alarm system (mostly because I could not afford it) but I love how easy it was to install, easy it is to use and the comfort of knowing our family is protected. The only thing I don't like is that the notification tone for an open door/ window is a little mild. I am sure this is intential so that it does not annoy people but I have little ones so I worry one day they will open the door and I might not hear the tone (would prefer "door open" vocal). Otherwise I love this product and highly recommend it.

This system is very easy to install and works as expected. The only thing I dislike is there are not enough pieces for my home and to buy each of them separate was a little pricey. I know there are other systems with more, but it wasn't what I needed. This is a great starter kit. I had an issue with a stick cam not working after a few days, but I called Ring and they are sending a free replacement. The customer service was outstanding! Other than that, I have no issues to report.

I am very impressed with the Ring Security System. It is easy to install and use. Built-in battery backups and cellular connection keep my system up no matter what. Easily integrates with Alexa for added security and functionality as well.

This system is working great as I expected. It was highly recommended by a relative. I've seen how efficient their system functioned. I finally got my own. It's simple to install and is great. I now know which door was just opened or if someone is moving in the house. Love it so far

I love ring. It’s just unfortunate they don’t support HomeKit from Apple. Would love to see my cameras on my Apple TV etc. otherwise the ring app is great! And all the sensors took a minute to put up but it wasn’t hard at all. Even though it lacks HomeKit I am still keeping Ring.

Love this system - cheaper than adt and it works great and awesome insurance discount and doesn’t have arlo glitches

We’re switching from another system that was always failing on us. Ring has been great. Super easy to connect all the devices and to use them with Alexa as well. The keypad on this second gen is user friendly for my mother-in-law. She can see it easily enough to not have to put her glasses on. I also like that you can move the keypad around. I’ll be playing around with this more but so far, definitely superior to other systems.

This product was exactly like advertised. Simple and easy set up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a security system, when they already have the cameras from Ring.

I have had several alarm systems, but this is one of the best ones that I’ve had no contract. It works very good. I would recommend this to anyone.

We purchased this system for added security when we go to bed at night. It is somewhat basic and more practical for alerts while staying in the home than when away, for us. Overall good value.

When I’m away from the house, I get the extra reassurance that the house and family is protected. It’s extremely easy to set up and provides a way to check in on the family from the phone.

Easy to set up and Total Tech came to our place and did it for us in about an hour. Much more affordable option than going with a private security company. We chose to self monitor with just archived recordings of the front camera rather than to go with the $20 a month option of professional monitoring. The extra camera is set up in the living room so we can watch our infant in her play area. The keypad is nice to have but you can do everything with your phone app. Comes with one motion detector and the four sensors cover all the entrances of our house.

I absolutely love this system. Super easy to set up. User interface friendly. Very sleek and blends into my decor. My only complaint And feedback would be I’d wish you could get an additional siren just as loud as the main unit. The main unit is around 104dbs. And believe It’s loud but I’d just like to have an extra siren outside or even the basement. To wrap up my summary I’d absolutely recommend this product to anyone.

Awesome alarm system. I mostly live the sensors for the windows. Makes me feel safer.

I was looking for a security system that was easy to set up and inexpensive. This ring system checks all of the boxes. It’s only $10/month for service and can be linked to all of my ring cameras and doorbells.

This is the second Ring 2nd Gen system I've installed. It replaced a SmartThings hub that was awful in both alarm operation and use. Ring offers a professional monitoring option for a decent price, making this a legitimate system for homeowner insurance discounts. Installation was really impressive - the Ring hub interface holds your hand the whole way through, providing superb documentation in simple, pleasant dialogue. I never had to troubleshoot a single aspect of the install for 20+ devices - and that's impressive indeed given everything it's doing behind the scenes. Q-code install and alarm operation are done through the mobile app, although they do have a login web portal as well.
