Much more cost effective than having a professional alarm installation, works just as well, and works with Alexa. We love this alarm system. The alarm is super loud so even our neighbors can hear it.

Purchased to protect our new home. We've used both Ring and Simplisafe in the past. Ring was on sale so we went with it. We have the Best Buy installation program and took advantage of it for planning the system component installation. The installation guys were on time and professional. The installation on our two doors and four windows took a little over an hour. The system is simple for homeowners to use--no degree in computer science needed to work it. I like that it's compatible with Alexa and can be worked through that app as well as the Ring doorbell app. Would buy again.

The app is one of the best I’ve used. It comes with everything you need and pairs great with other ring products. I love that you can add shared users, guests or even one time passcodes for the alarm. If you’re in the market for a great alarm product and outstanding customer service, I would recommend this to anyone. They really took their time with this product and it shows.

The camera is very small and offers a great clear wide-angle picture. The sound is ok too.

Good little starter kit. Easy to set up if you have 2.4ghz wifi, check that first. Otherwise everything was a breeze. App works well enough, although you will need a subscription for most features except for live video.

This set includes everything I needed and a little extra. My house is just under 2,000 square feet and this was exactly what we needed!

My husband and I purchased this for our grandson. With him moving to a Major City in Texas to complete his education, we thought about safety first for him and his apartment. No one knows our future but it never hurts to know and use possible security precautions. Very easy to install and set up. Great price from BEST BUY. I bought the system on a Black Friday Sale. Only wish I had done this earlier. The system works great and the monitoring costs are significantly less expensive than my prior system.
