The Alarm System is very easy to understand and manipulate. I only have one request. Can the lights be dimmed? It seems to light up the room at night when I prefer it to be dimmed.

Bought this additional unit for my parents after having such a positive experience with this unit in the past. Ring is an excellent option and installs simply.

A lot easier to set up than expected. We love having this on our home. It works great and can easily do everything from your phone if you forget to set it

Great system. Have since add on a wired spotlight camera and more motion sensors. This is a lot better than the Iris system I previously had. Hands down. You won't be sorry.

Prior to this I had been using SimpliSafe. It is the older version but it did not perform as I had hoped. After purchasing a second property, I bought the Ring alarm and was very surprised. The monthly monitoring fee is what drew me but the physical alarm pieces seem to be much better. The alarm is also much louder. Dependent on your location, you may be requested to get a license from your city or county. This can be done online and is very simple. Then, send proof to Ring and they will start the monitoring service. The camera is a bit sensitive but it gives peace of mind. Solid purchase.

This security system was so easy to install. I installed it myself in no time. After set up was completed learning to operate it was also smooth and simple.

Easy set up and great technical support as well. Can be controlled from your smart phone as well as from the main control center. There are attachments for windows and doors

RIng makes their products super easy to install and their customer service is great if you're having any issues. I did have a couple bunk door sensors in my package, but Ring sent replacements to me overnight. Super happy with this product for the price point.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband and I dont regret it. This is an everyday use for us. My husband loves checking the notifications even for the critter visitors we get (you can change the way the alarm is tripped). I like seeing who visits our door at night too, lol. It does make us feel better to be a part of the neighborhood ring circle now when there are issues especially around the holidays. Our ups guys talk to my husband through the ring now when before he would just leave the package and go. Its been wonderful.

This self installed system works wonders. It helps put first home buys mind at ease with out the monthly payments that are too costly when first settling into a house.

The system was easy to set up and comnect to both the monitoeing company and my phone app. It is highly customizable and I love the cellular backup whixh worms flawlessly.

Definitely if you are committing to Ring products then this is a good starter alarm kit. Nice to be able to start slow and increase sensors as you go

Overall good product. However once I did install at both my locations of choice I found a post about camera by Ring getting hacked. Flip side easy to install, real time alerts and video. Many options to pick from as well to set up your security system.

Good system, easy to set up and use. Like the ability to arm and disarm using phone app, as well as being able to monitor and setup everything using the phone app.

Easily connected to existing Ring security system. Works as expected. Looking forward to exploring new features.
