This alarm system was very simple to install for a beginner and with the added bonus of being able to add as many devices as you would like with a reasonable monthly payment.

I love my new Ring Alarm! It arrived fast and I was able to set the whole system up myself in about an hour. Whenever I have any questions, I call Ring Customer Service and they answer my inquiry in less than five minutes. They are super helpful, polite and patient. It can be monitored or not. And monitoring is only $10.00 per month. I can operate it from my phone, from anywhere! So if I forget to set it, I can do it when I think of it, from wherever I am. This is exactly the alarm system I wanted and I am not disappointed! I don't recommend many items, but I do this one.

The best thing about this is the easy setup and install. I was able to use a ladder and me and my step daughter followed the instructions in the app.

set up was easy. It works well. I did have a hard time connecting to my wifi we had to use an ethernet cord. I'm having a hard time with the key pad but I'm hoping to get assistance with this. I definitely feel more protected.

Ring Alam was installed by the Geek Squad. Excellent job installing and setting up on my phone as well as connecting my Ring Door Bell. Signed up for video service and Alam Service. Paid in advance for one year for $100.00 and received off $20. Or two free months. The key pads have no wires. Keeps charge for 7 months and can check on your phone the battery life and when to charge similar to charging your phone and it slips out of its cradle for charging. The main hub must have an electrical outlet but can be located on a table. Alarm light will indicate off blue or red on.
