I haven't had any issues so far and know a few others that have ring and have no issues

So far, everything has been wonderful. The professional monitoring is optional but extremely reasonable. The keypad, sensors, base, and motion sensor have been easy to set up and include a good amount of customization. Love the ability to arm/disarm from the app. Great for multiple users as well, but only the primary can customize all settings.
