Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't had the alarm system 30 days yet every comment I have red has been bad but the installer came out and put everything together and I was kind of still nervous but I haven't had any problems whatsoever the service works just like it says it's supposed to apologize for I went and got the one you pay the annual fee they give you 30 days free I didn't know when getting an alarm system that you have to get a permit for it but thank God mine was free through the company haven't had any issues whatsoever and I'm forever playing with it
