Have been using the Ring Home Security system for quite a while now and can say you won't find a better home security value. We use the Ring System along with several of their different cameras. Their monitoring service is an unbeatable value especially if you can pay annually.

Great starter bundle. Very easy to set up and install.

Works great with alexa. had a few issues with billing for the professional monitor. Spoke to three people to make sure I was covered after the trial period. They all said yes, even with me paying the $100 up front but at the end of the trial period I’m lost all of my videos and it stopped. After falling to fix it they couldn’t get the videos back and ended up charging me another fee. They refunded it but it was a pain to lose those videos.

Good for small home use. Easy set up and pretty well working with ring mobile apps.

Here's the scoop Alarm works great, easy to install.But Ring needs to improve software to allow more integration with Z-Wave devices. here are my cons and recommendations to Ring: Ring Alarm does not allow any z wave devices to be triggered when alarm rings. for example, if you wanted to add an external horn siren that is z wave compatible or a outlet plug (to Turn on Lights) and you want it to trigger when alarm rings it is not supported by ring alarm. Sure they say you can add a Dome external siren, but its only 85 decibles and can only be used indoors. Also good luck finding one! A simple fix for Ring is to just update software to allow this, It would be great if the alarm had the capability to turn lights inside the house and sound an external siren if a thief came in, also, they can integrate Ring outdoor security lights to sound and turn on as well. All these things can be done with a Software update. So the BIG DRAWBACK IS THE LACK OF ABILITY TO INTEGRATE. RING IF YOU ARE OUT THERE LISTEN UP!

I previously had a major company provide security and monitoring. Not needing to spend $50/mo on service monitoring, I purchased the Ring system and had it installed within 2 hours. For $10/mo with the Ring monitoring service that includes all my cameras - and no contracts - this is the way to go for me.

I have Ring cameras and flood lights and it made sense to get the alarm system as well. The 4 star is for it being a Ring product and for the slick design. We haven't installed it just yet because we are in the middle of painting our home so as soon as its installed, I will update my review. I will say, after getting many overprices outrageous quotes from alarm companies, Ring was the best option. I believe in their products. Easy to install and use.

Great app, easy to set up and connect all together.

Most alarm systems require a subscription, but not this one. I'd rather monitor it myself to avoid false alarm police visits. Works very well and dependable. Includes a battery back up and free cellular service if wifi connection gets lost. Looks well made and very accurate. If you do want monitoring, its only $10 a month.

Really easy setup . Make sure the door and window components are communicating prior to install.
