Easy set up but not fully understanding how to use certain things. I would still recommend.

Easy to install and setup and a whole lot less expensive than a security company

Bought it for my shop, covers multiple bay doors and walk in door, motion sensors work good, also added an indoor ring camera which works great with the system and the app, sends alerts to my phone when there is any movement in the shop and records, awesome system.

This is our first monitor alarm. We love it. Can use for multiple purpose.

Is was very easy to install, we just had a little bit of trouble to set up the sensors.

The home alarm system provides a good foundation for our home security. The ability to enhance the system with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide, motion detectors, glass break sensors as well as inexpensive monitoring and arming away from home the app is an awesome advantage.

Simple set up and great picture. We are going to expand the products we own.

It’s good for a wireless system, my complaint is that you will continue to have to purchase batteries for all the sensors. And the second thing is that that the range of the motion sensors is ten feet at best , I feel that is way to low for this system.

Most of the door and window contacts I put in with screws but with some I used the adhesive which worked well. The magnets are flexible enough to accommodate trim that restricted a perfect alignment. Just be sure to get the line markers together.

Have installed several Ring doorbells, even with existing camera systems. They are amazing! This is the next step for monitored security. At $100 per year, it is the best value out there for monitored security systems, and includes video storage for the doorbell. How do you beat that?

Kinda of late on writing a review, but this alarm system replaced my system with Smith and Thompson. I saved money and I got the smart home controls I've always wanted. I automated the system to arm using the simple commands app. Recommend it!

I had doubts but after installing it, found it is very user friendly and easy to use.

Just installed and getting used to the product. Simple and easy to work with.

I enjoy setting up new electronics but have found the alarm system to be a problem. First off the sensors for doors do not allow for a recessed door within a door frame. I have 3 homes of different ages and all three have molding around the doors. Really? Did someone at ring not try this out in a real home before selling. The problem is the magnet does not connect enough with the base to provide a connection so the doors always show as open. Yes I will find a way to fix myself but for this price a small additional base would be so easy to offer. Perhaps Ring will figure this out and improve their system.

I like the fact that I can assign different chimes to different doors/windows. Ring doesn't have a glass break detector yet but the echo dot does if you don't mind bugging your own house. The monitoring service can't be beat for the price at $100/year or $10/month.
