Recently purchased this system. Wanted to get away from the high price of professional alarm companies. Wasn't thrilled with having to plug the keypads into an outlet. Wish they had remotes to arm and disarm system. Hoping it works out...

9 whole months of trouble-free operation. It was perfect... until 2 sensors went offline. Odd, I haven't changed anything. Called customer support and we spent a whole hour troubleshooting. In the end I was told to purchase another range extender. Fine, some cosmic shift in outer space must have changed the Z-Wave technology's ability to communicate with my sensors. I'll give them a pass. I spend a couple of six packs worth of cash on another range extender. Fast forward a few days and a motion detector decides to get stuck detecting motion, yet the system still lets me arm it... causing the alarm to instantly go off. Sigh, can't wait to spend another hour troubleshooting.

This security unit as a stand-alone or add on to my cameras was a no brainer, compare with other system that don’t do as much and cost more. This a pretty goon investment if looking for a security system and also expandable.

Got it to replace my older unit from a different manufacturer. Its a bit pricey but its made well. I like knowing if someone is around. Helps with piece of mind for us.

Left a major alarm company company and the ring system is every bit the quality of much more expensive national alarm companies. The 24/7 monitoring is way less expensive and better. Super easy step by step set up

Bought this set for my Sister and her family. We have had Ring Alarm for about a year and really love it. It integrates with Amazon perfectly and the value is simply one of a kind.

I opted for this over the standard ADT and I’m happy I did. It’s worth every penny. I can control everything from the ring app. I plan on purchasing other ring item to pair with my system.

Easy to set up even for people who arent "techy". Great value for an alarm system that will help drop home owners insurance price in some cases. Wait for it to go on sale as it goes on sale frequently.

After doing months of homework on all systems the Ring system by far was the most superior choice. Their monitoring fee $100 for a year if you pay upfront is a deal. I can’t say enough about this system. So many options.

If you are looking for the best security system this is it. I installed it myself. Very easy instructions. Do not hesitate on buying. If you need help Ring support is very helpful.

The wifi signal in our 5,000 square foot house is too weak to reach some rooms. I've added the ring signal boosters and they've never worked. I've replaced the router and put range extenders to no avail. I've added a mesh system which has helped the tv streaming but hasn't done anything to help with the ring motion sensors that have never worked. The geek squad is at a loss and I've put in too much money already trying to get this system to work well in our size of house. Should work fine in 2,400 square foot homes or smaller.

I LOVE RING ALARM!!! It has been working great! Took me a little bit to get used to turning it off before opening my doors but I love that you can arm or disarm it through the app on my phone!!! I ordered the professional monitoring from them too for an entire year! Just a great deal all the way around

Great quality, value, and integration. This kit is part of my Ring hime ecosystem. I have also added an echo, ring doorbell, cameras, floodlights, and even my fridge display.

I love Ring Security. The professional monitoring service is much cheaper than AT&T Digital life. The flood light and doorbell integration makes this a must have for home security. I haven't had any issues yet.

I was tired of paying an enormous monthly payment to COX for their Homelife system. This system does everything plus more...the best part. I now own the system for a fraction of Homelife rental cost.

This bad boy was on sale so I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger. Setup was a little trickier than expected but customer walked me through it no problem. Can't wait to add some cameras to it.

We have been through a lot of alarm companies and we finally thought of trying Ring and we are glad we did , this is a great starter package and you can always add on other alarms and sensors if need be!

I recently purchased the Ring Home Security so that I can deduct the obscure amount that Xfinity charges per month to have home security. This system has proved itself so far to me. The only thing is the alarm itself is not as loud as I thought it would be, but anything will help deter a burglar.
